Massive Roamer rework in MLBB gives gold for revealing enemies

In this revised version of the Roamer, showcased on the MLBB Advanced Server, players are incentivized for effectively fulfilling their roles as support characters.

In the latest update for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Advanced Server, there’s a significant overhaul focusing on the Roamer role. This update simplifies gold farming for players choosing this position, making it more rewarding. Furthermore, roamers are now encouraged to explore and uncover hidden or invisible heroes across the map. Essentially, this means that roamers will be recognized and compensated more for their proactive actions, rather than just passively occupying the role without active participation.

Moving forward, let’s delve further into the intricacies of the revised functions for the Roamer character in Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB) Beta Server.

Roamer update in MLBB Advanced Server: What you need to know

Reworked Unique Passive – Devotion

As a fan, I’m excited to share that now, when donning Roamer boots, I find myself independently earning 30% more Gold and Experience! This means, simply put, I can reap resources just by hanging out near my allies as they farm minions or jungle creeps. Fear not about encroaching on their hard-earned income, as they’ll still receive the full benefits from their last hits and kills.

One consequence when Devotion is active is that Roamers will acquire both Gold and Experience by uncovering concealed adversaries. Such opponents could be in hiding, invisible, or disguised. However, the maximum amount of Gold you can obtain from this feature is 2,000. Although it may not seem like much, if you perform effectively in the initial stages of the game, you can secure your main items early on as a support.

Reworked Unique Passive – Thriving

In the revamped version of Thriving for Roamers, found on the advanced server of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, there’s a change where you no longer earn Experience (EXP) and Gold from participating in kills during the first 8 minutes of the game. Instead, you’ll passively accumulate EXP and Gold throughout the match.

Even though the fundamental concept of roamers remains constant, you must possess the least amount of gold among your teammates for this mechanism to function. If any of your non-support team members attempt to independently use roaming boots, assuming they’ll earn more from it, this effect will be nullified until your allies exceed your accumulated gold. This could be problematic if one of your teammates without a support role decides to take on the roamer role.

Roamer Blessings Now Require More Gold To Unlock

Now, it takes 1,000 Gold instead of 600 Gold to activate the unique Roamer Blessing from your boots, due to the recent update on the MLBB Advanced Server. With the roamer’s improved methods for earning Gold and EXP after the rework, achieving this should not pose any difficulty.

1. Strength Boost: Increases your physical attack power.
2. Agility Bonus: Enhances your dodge and movement speed.
3. Intelligence Amplification: Boosts your magical attack power and mana pool.
4. Vitality Enhancement: Increases your maximum health points.
5. Resistance Buff: Reduces the damage taken from specific elements or status effects.

  • Conceal: Movement Speed Boost from 24%-60% to a fixed 40%
  • Favor: Bonus HP Regen from 240-600 to a fixed 400
  • Dire Hit: Damage Based on Target’s HP from 7%-18% to a fixed 12%
  • Encourage: Hybrid Attack Boost from 12-30 to a fixed 20 and Attack Speed Boost from 15% to a fixed 10%

The values are actually smaller than what they appear due to scaling. This means you can utilize their impact from the very beginning of the game with the rework, rather than waiting until the end when they reach their full potential. In essence, this adjustment requires a more active approach in the early stages compared to the strategy employed during the later stages of the game.

When is the Roamer Rework Update arriving on the MLBB official server?

Mounton Games has not yet specified a release date for the Roamer rework on the official MLBB server. It’s possible that it could be part of the Grock Revamp update or appear after Ranked Season 38 begins. In the meantime, we should stay alert for any upcoming announcements.
