Marvel Rivals Adds Captain America and Winter Soldier to the Roster Ahead of December Launch

As a lifelong Marvel fan who has spent countless hours immersed in the rich tapestry of stories and characters that make up this universe, I can hardly contain my excitement for Marvel Rivals! Having grown up reading comic books, watching movies, and playing video games based on these heroes and villains, it’s truly remarkable to see a team-based PvP shooter that brings the action right into the heart of the Marvel Multiverse.

In simple terms, Marvel Rivals, the multiplayer team-based shooter featuring Marvel characters, is set to release completely in December. This game will boast a wide variety of both Marvel Super Heroes and Super Villains, as well as diverse, interactive environments that can be destroyed.

Diving into the diverse realms of the Marvel Multiverse, I’m excited to share that Marvel Rivals will be a free-to-play adventure where every gamer gets access to an extensive roster, including fresh faces like Captain America and the Winter Soldier. In addition, at Gamescom ONL, we unveiled an exciting new location: the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda, ready for us to explore!

Marvel Rivals, featuring a roster of both heroes and villains, will debut on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC on December 6th. Right from the start, you’ll have access to all characters, including Captain America and his historic foe-turned-ally, the Winter Soldier.
