Martine McCutcheon takes ANOTHER ‘swipe’ at estranged husband Jack McManus with cryptic post about being ‘grateful’ for their split

Martine McCutcheon seemingly took yet another swipe at estrange husband Jack McManus on Tuesday.
Last week the former EastEnders star, 48, revealed the singer, 40, had left her after 18 years together – days after she wrote a heartfelt birthday tribute for him.
Sharing my thoughts on Instagram Stories today, I penned down a subtle message that encapsulates my sentiments about this challenging year. The quote reads, “I needed every ounce of struggle to appreciate the blessings in my life.” As a lifestyle expert, I believe it’s important to embrace difficult times and find gratitude for the lessons they impart.

Previously, the actress from Love Actually subtly criticized her former partner during their vacation with their 9-year-old son Rafferty in Marbella.
She reposted a video from author Alex Elle, which said: ‘The older I get, the less time I have for people who are unsure about me’.
I seek companions who are steadfast, those who choose to stay, and those who create room for me in their lives.
Posting the video on her Story, Martine expressed: ‘This woman’s voice is comforting and soft, subtly reminding us of our inner power, self-worth, love, and true value. @alex_elle’
This week, she shared a series of heartwarming photos with her son, radiating joy and high spirits, evidently relishing her sunny vacation, akin to Martine.
Beaming in the snaps with her son, nine, the actress made the most of her getaway as she captioned her post: ‘Love these pics of us on our last night in Marbella.’
In a subtle way, Martine suggested on Instagram Stories that she was dealing with hidden difficulties, despite seeming resilient publicly.

In her statement, she announced that after careful deliberation, Jack has chosen to part ways following 18 years as a couple. I acknowledge and respect his decision.
‘Our wonderful, nine-year-old son Rafferty is a true blessing in our lives. His happiness and wellbeing have always been, and will forever remain, our top concern.’
She continued: ‘We both of course, still cherish and look forward to being parents together to our wonderful boy for the rest of our lives…
Over the course of many days, we’ve been working out our next steps as a family. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition phase, particularly when it comes to giving our young son some personal space… Thank you.
‘Our love for Rafferty, is something that will never, waver, or change and we obviously want to protect him and help him feel as safe and secure as possible.

Simultaneously, a neighbor of the couple shared they hadn’t noticed any signs suggesting the relationship was troubled. Moreover, a relative of Jack mentioned the separation came as an unexpected surprise.
“I can’t help but express my shock, coming from someone who’s always admired them from afar. You know, the family that’s usually out and about with their boy. Martine, in particular, has always been so warm and approachable. I must admit, it’s hard not to feel a pang of sympathy for them right now.”
Jack’s family has stated that their separation occurred quite unexpectedly, with the catalyst being an event that transpired approximately two months prior.
Today, when asked about their separation, Jack’s aunt, currently residing at their family home in West Wickham, Kent, replied, “To be honest, I’m not sure why they split. Jack’s mother is presently with him, and I am caring for the dog here.”
Things have been tough lately, what with all the chaos happening. To make matters worse, my dear sister has recently lost her husband. The news came unexpectedly, and it’s only been two months since we found out about it.
Back in 2012, I was utterly ecstatic when my beloved pair exchanged vows, right there at the enchanting Lake Como in Italy – a location that had been patiently waiting for them since they first began their romantic journey five years prior.
