Martine McCutcheon posts bed selfies in black lace silk nightwear as she meditates after split from estranged husband Jack McManus

Martine McCutcheon shared some pictures of herself relaxing on the bed, dressed in black lace silk pajamas, following her separation from her husband Jack McManus, during which she took a break for a meditation practice.
About a fortnight ago, the ex-EastEnders actor, aged 48, disclosed that the singer, who is 40, had ended their relationship of 18 years – just following her posting a touching birthday message for him.
The actress showcased her genuine charm, going without makeup, while exuding a playful spirit by making funny faces for the camera.
Martine shared that meditation proved beneficial for her, as she often struggles with attention issues and restlessness due to Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
Martine titled her post: “A quick meditation of 10 or 20 minutes can transform my entire energy and perspective on life and the day!”

On her Instagram Stories, Martine shared an enigmatic saying that highlighted the importance of finding something to hold onto (i.e., needing) and expressing gratitude for a challenging year she has experienced.
2024, on August 27th, it wasn’t the year I had hoped for, but rather the year I required.
‘I grew so much this year and for that I am grateful’.
In a statement, Martine announced that after careful contemplation, Jack has chosen to part ways with her following 18 years as a couple, and she acknowledges this decision.
‘Our incredible 9-year-old son Rafferty is such a blessing to us. His wellbeing and joy have always been, and always will be, our topmost concern.’
She continued: ‘We both of course, still cherish and look forward to being parents together to our wonderful boy for the rest of our lives…
Over the course of many days, our path as a family has been changing, and we’re figuring out the best direction to take next. We humbly request some personal space during this transition… Particularly for our young son.
Our unwavering affection towards Rafferty remains constant, and we are deeply committed to ensuring his safety and providing him with a sense of security at all times.
