Married At First Sight’s Carina Mirabile prepares for WAG status as she reveals new romance with NFL star – as her hookup with Quavo takes a twist

Carina Mirabile, a participant on Married At First Sight, has definitively left her past with her former spouse Paul Antoine behind.

After spending seven weeks on sabbatical in America, the 31-year-old woman is back in Australia, radiating the joy of a newly found love relationship.

She shared with Daily Mail Australia this week that she went on a date in New York with a professional football player from the NFL. She described it as a wonderful encounter, indicating that he made her feel exceptionally valued and appreciated.

She revealed that he’s quite attractive, shares my goals, and has had a long career in professional football – which suggests he might be prepared for a committed relationship now.

Though Carina is keeping her identity a secret for now, it’s been made clear that she has a long-standing relationship with the man in question, as she has acknowledged him to be someone she’s known for quite some time.

The first time we crossed paths was when he was still dating a famous woman, but that relationship ended a while back. Interestingly enough, it was through Instagram where our connection began, and since then, we’ve continued to keep in touch.

Before my trip to the United States, we got in touch via the celebrity dating app, Raya. We continued our conversation, expressing something like, ‘Absolutely, let’s arrange a meeting when you reach New York!’

Carina declared that she is completely prepared for a WAG lifestyle, yet emphasized that it’s not solely his profession that makes him appealing to her.

Elsewhere, Carina explained why dating an American man is so different to an Australian. 

According to Carina, who frequently vacations in America, American men are not timid; instead, they are quite bold and straightforward. They don’t mince words when it comes to expressing their interest in getting to know someone.

In simpler terms, she said that Australian men tend to be shy when it comes to talking to women. They seldom initiate conversations for reasons unknown to her, and it gives the impression of them being timid.

Carina’s journey through America unexpectedly involved an encounter with Quavo’s management team, which occurred after it was discovered that she had previously dated the rapper prior to joining Married at First Sight.

During the series, Carina’s romance with Quavo was a significant plot point. Upon discovering this, Carina’s husband, Paul, became enraged and vented his frustration by punching a wall.

On the program, the rapper’s identity remained hidden, but Daily Mail Australia unveiled that the artist is none other than Quavo.

‘[Quavo’s] team reached out to me while I was away,’ she said.

In simpler terms, Carina disclosed that a man associated with Quavo later reprimanded her for discussing her relationship with Quavo on her podcast titled “This Is Chaos.

I found myself expressing, “It’s inappropriate to discuss personal matters such as one’s sexual life with someone in such a manner. It would be equally disrespectful if the roles were reversed and a man was sharing intimate details about himself on a podcast.

I thought to myself, ‘I’m just a little fish next to Quavo; I don’t think he’d be interested in my podcast.’ But then he replied, ‘You might be amazed!’
