Married At First Sight Star Takes Brutal Swipe At Co-Star

Clint Rice, a participant on the reality show “Married At First Sight,” made a sharp remark towards fellow cast member Ryan Donnelly, not long after he publicly acknowledged his relationship with Ryan’s former partner, Jacqui Burfoot.

Last night on social media, the professional golf player, who recently withdrew from the contentious social experiment following his pairing with Lauren Hall, shared a surprising video clip.

The 44-year-old could be spotted casually walking through his expansive Tasmanian property, passing by his exclusive tennis court in the video.

Afterward, he gazed with pride at his luxurious Porsche Macan, and added a subtle jibe to the video: “Perspective: He aspired to excel.

Clint’s mysterious message hinted at a heated confrontation during a dinner party, involving Ryan and Jacqui, which was broadcast on television that very evening.

The explosive argument saw Jacqui question why Ryan wasn’t willing to improve himself.

Ryan retorted, “What do you mean by suggesting I don’t aspire to become remarkable? Don’t you think that statement is a bit offensive?

Throughout the show, Jacqui frequently expressed disapproval towards Ryan’s residence situated in the Sydney suburb of Campbelltown, often referring to the entire area as having a ‘bogan-like character’.

Clint has officially ended his on-screen marriage with Lauren Hall and is now in a relationship with Jacqui, who had a tumultuous romance with Ryan on the program.

She expressed her praise by saying, “Wow, this person is fantastic! They embody honesty, determination, diligence, emotional and intellectual intelligence, and they are incredibly compassionate and thoughtful. To top it off, they allow their dog to walk on a loose leash.” In doing so, she seemed to subtly criticize Ryan’s rigid approach to dog training.

Despite both Jacqui and Ryan owning their respective properties (Jacqui’s home and Ryan’s Sydney house), it is interesting to note that Jacqui recorded her Homestays at an Airbnb rental, while Ryan’s property was under criticism from Jacqui.

She has since has moved on and now lives with co-star Clint in his sprawling Tasmanian mansion.

Daily Mail Australia revealed last month that Jacqui and Clint had moved on together.

After that point, it seems Jacqui stepped down from her position in Sydney and moved to Tasmania to be with Clint.

It comes after resurfaced social media posts hinted at Jacqui and Clint’s romance.

On December 16th, Jacqui posted something to Instagram before Channel Nine took control of her account following the filming.

The images, innocuous enough at first glance, show a beaming Jacqui posing in a colourful dress.

‘Hi I’m Jacqui. Next chapter’s for the plot,’ she cryptically posted.

In a past post on his social media, Clint showcased Jacqui striking poses within one of the rooms at his opulent Tasmanian mansion, where she was later spotted.

In September 2024, he posted a tour video of his luxurious home, and it was evident that the bar area from Jacqui’s photos could be seen distinctly within it.

A different image, posted on the Instagram page for FurSeasonClub (which belongs to Clint’s dog), displayed a snapshot of Clint’s living room area.

In the TV’s reflection, it seemed like Jacqui was taking a selfie, as she was captured there.

Australian’s Daily Mail reported that Jacqui swiftly moved on from her TV spouse Ryan, and has since settled in Tasmania, embarking on a fresh chapter of life with Clint, who is a successful businessman after his golfing career.
