As a seasoned radio broadcaster with over a decade of experience, I must admit that Bella Frizza’s decision to leave her full-time gig for a career in network marketing seems quite unexpected, but it also resonates deeply with me as a fellow mother.
Previously known ‘Married At First Sight‘ cast member, Bella Frizza, revealed her decision to depart from her radio profession after a ten-year stint, choosing instead for an unexpected fresh opportunity.
39-year-old Sea FM broadcaster shared on Instagram that she is stepping down from her full-time radio position to join Monat, a haircare company, as a professional network marketer.
Monat, or Monat Global Corp is a US-based company that is headquartered in Doral, Florida.
The organization functions using a contentious network marketing strategy, where individuals act as representatives who not only sell but also promote the products, often through online platforms and social media.
In conversation with Daily Mail Australia, Bella expressed that her choice stemmed from a longing to witness her son Finn, who is two years old, as he develops and grows.
‘I think I just realised I wanted to spend the time with him before he goes to school,’ she said.
‘I was looking to see what would kind of work [I could do] and I came across Monat.’
Bella added that she was attracted to the lifestyle and benefits the company promises.
She expressed that she adored every aspect of it, describing it as highly glamorous, offering possibilities like earning a Range Rover and international travel.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I felt compelled to dive right in and explore new possibilities. Needless to say, things are progressing quite favorably for me, with an exceptional crew by my side that I genuinely enjoy collaborating with.
As a die-hard fan, I can tell you that Bella confidently asserts that her shift in professional paths isn’t perceived as contentious, even though her new employer’s business approach might raise eyebrows for some.
‘I don’t really think it’s controversial,’ she said.
“She stated that while some firms in the network marketing industry have faced controversies in the past, Monat stands out as a remarkable business opportunity, particularly for mothers and women seeking to balance work and family time at home.”
She remarked, “I find absolutely nothing questionable about it; instead, I believe it’s an excellent development offering unlimited earning potential.”
Bella shared that although her career transformation left her feeling refreshed, she wasn’t completely closing the door on a possible future in television or radio.
She expressed, “I truly enjoy it, and just to clarify, I don’t rule out the possibility.” Later on, she mentioned, “Given my attachment to this medium, there’s a strong likelihood that I might return someday.”
In an endearing video featuring little Finn, Bella, who was part of season 3 of Married at First Sight, shared news about a shift in her professional path.
In my own words as a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: “I am now free from the daily grind of commuting to work, no more early wake-ups at 5:30am or frantic rush to drop off at daycare, followed by sitting in traffic for 45 minutes, all while yearning for my little boy during the workday. Instead of urging her followers to hop onto the Monat train, she emphasized that her goal is to provide an opportunity for mothers nationwide to balance their careers while spending more quality time at home with their children.
“Bella explained, ‘I understand the reason for my assignment right now, and it’s to support mothers who are staying at home with their little ones. This way, we can cherish these precious moments as we watch our children develop.'”
“Take a break from whatever you’re engaged in, for this moment is precious with our little ones. Minutes slip away, and each one sees them growing faster day by day.”
Bella concluded by saying that having children had forced her to re-assess her priorities in life.
“She mentioned that when she became a mother, her priorities shifted, and her career moved down from being the top priority as her family took its place instead.”
A recent post disclosed that Bella felt ‘nervous’ or ‘anxious’ about the idea of switching her career path.
‘I’m scared. I’m excited. I’m happy. I’m sad,’ she wrote.
‘I’m terrified but most of all I know I’m doing the right thing for myself and my family.’
The post was met with a flurry of comments from fans with many commenting with shock over the announcement.
