Married At First Sight cast ‘betrayed and devastated’ after Channel Seven backflips decision to invite key talent to Logie Awards – see who HAS made the cut
As a dedicated follower of Married At First Sight, I can’t help but feel disappointed and frustrated for the cast members who have been left out of this year’s Logie Awards. Despite their hard work and dedication to the show, they have been told that they will not be invited to attend.
The Married At First Sight participants were disheartened when they learned that they weren’t extended invitations to attend the Logie Awards in September.
Although the show has been nominated for an award, some of its main actors are unhappy about not being invited to attend.
On August 18 in Sydney, an elegant gathering is planned where TV industry notables will convene.
An insider has shared that several cast members, who had originally been given the expectation of receiving invitations, have now been notified that they won’t be able to attend.
According to our source, the cast was informed that this was going to be a Channel Seven production, and the number of invitations extended to Channel Nine personalities would be very few.
This unexpected decision by Seven has left many cast members feeling ‘betrayed and disappointed’.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Among the 24 hopefuls who made it onto the show this season, it was natural to assume that just a fortunate few would receive those coveted invitations from the network, given their scarcity.
According to Daily Mail Australia, just a small number, or possibly none at all, of the potential attendees will be chosen for this year’s event.

Front runners included Lucinda Light, Tristan Black, and couple Jade Pywell and Ridge Barredo.
Experts Mel Schilling, John Aiken, and Alessanda Rampolla are expected to take their place in the show instead.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams have created quite a stir during their time on the show. Regrettably, given the controversy surrounding their actions, they may not be extending their invitation for future appearances.

Up until Tuesday, no invitations have been extended to this year’s cast members, contrary to some claims that they have already received one, for the much-desired event.
One source close to the situation shared with Daily Mail Australia that everyone is completely clueless about what’s happening.
Some people are very upset because they believed their actions would lead to an invitation, but now they have been informed that it is highly unlikely they will be included.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Channel Seven for comment.
