38-year-old TOWIE star and his wife, 37-year-old Michelle Keegan, recently announced the arrival of their firstborn, a little girl named Palma. They’ve been cherishing their new roles as parents for the past few weeks.

Currently, a reality TV personality has been quite honest in discussing the challenges he encounters as a novice parent to a newborn during his chat on Heart FM radio this morning alongside his co-host, Olly Murs.

The discovery was made as they read an audience member’s message, stating that going through their wardrobe feels ‘exhausting’.

Mark playfully retorted: “Lisa, I’ll be referring back to your comment about organizing your closet a moment ago – it’s quite exhausting! So, let’s not discuss being tired at the moment.

As a devoted admirer, I must confess that my cherished Palma, my darling muse, has left me utterly drained. Upon arriving today, the ever-perceptive Olly remarked, “You certainly don’t have your usual energy.

Smiling, Olly joked: “It seems, you’ve gained some new accessories – those little bags under your eyes. I’ve known you for so long, and this is the first time I’ve noticed them. It’s a dad thing, it’s a parent thing… suddenly you start noticing these signs.

Mark agreed: ‘Yeah, they say dad bod don’t they, they never warn you about dad eyes’.

Regardless of his tiredness, the reality TV personality couldn’t help but express his joy over fatherhood.

He mentioned that it’s simply fantastic, but there are moments, like trying to soothe her after a late-night bottle feeding, that can be quite challenging and difficult.

It comes just after earlier this week Mark revealed the one dish he wants to teach Palma to make.

During an interview with Essex Life Magazine, Mark expressed his desire to instill his love for culinary arts in his daughter.

As a diehard fan, I can’t help but share this fascinating tidbit from an interview where Mark revealed a glimpse of his private life before the arrival of little Palma. In this intimate chat, he casually mentioned that he and Michelle often indulge in cozy, candlelit dinners at home. When they’re out on a romantic evening together, their preference is for tapas – a delightful selection of Spanish small plates that truly captures their shared love for flavorsome, casual dining.

Mark mentioned: “I’m absolutely planning to introduce my child to curries since I have a strong fondness for them. My parents would often take us out for curries when we were growing up, which was our special night out as kids. On Saturdays, it was called ‘Curry Night at Rima Tandoori,’ if I recall correctly.

Previously known TOWIE celebrity openly shared that food holds immense interest, not just for him, but also for his partner Michelle, as a significant pastime.

I exclaim: “Passionate about food and cooking is more like a grand pastime for me and Michelle!

Occasionally, Michelle and I take turns cooking, depending on our arrival times. However, most of the time, we prefer to cook meals together as we both enjoy the process.

Michelle surpasses me slightly, though she may not appreciate the “slightly” as she believes herself to be far superior. However, I’m making steady progress and closing the gap.

Additionally, not long after Michelle posted a peek at her enjoyable day spent with Mark and their little one under the sun to her 7.5 million Instagram fans, she savored some sushi, specifically sashimi and salmon nigiri.

The excited actress quipped: ‘Waited a long time for you’.

Additionally, the popular Netflix personality also revealed a luxurious ice dessert adorned with a “Congratulations” message crafted from chocolate.

Michelle took a photo near an empty milk bottle belonging to Palma, with her pram visible in the backdrop. In jest, she remarked that the bottle had once held a Lychee Martini.

Previously, the actress from Coronation Street shared that she’s been switching between her pajamas and sweatpants.

Michelle and Mark have thus far only revealed brief glimpses of their newborn daughter, since they’ve been posting monochrome photos online.

During the weekend, the actress posted a detailed image of her little daughter’s small foot onto her Instagram Stories.

Mark considers becoming a father, following the birth of baby Palma with Michelle on March 6, as the most significant accomplishment of his life.

During a heart-to-heart chat on Olly Murs’ Heart Breakfast program, Mark shared the memorable instant when he cradled his freshly born daughter for the very first time.

Mark fought back emotions as he said: ‘Mate, it’s actually hard to put into words.

This milestone marks the pinnacle of my life; it’s constantly on my mind. However, I must extend heartfelt acknowledgment to my extraordinary wife. She truly embodies a superhuman, a heroic figure, for successfully delivering our newborn into the world.

Expressing his admiration for Michelle, he commented: “She truly brings to light the sacrifices our mothers made for us, increasing my respect for her even more and deepening my understanding of the struggles women faced.

‘It’s the best feeling in the world. I wake up every morning just so excited to see her face.’

Earlier this month, Mark and Michelle made public the joyous news of their newborn daughter through a charming photograph posted on Instagram.

In a charming black-and-white snapshot, the beaming parents cradled little Palma, who was attired in a delicate crocheted outfit.

They likely selected the name Palma as a tribute to their deep connections with Mallorca, their favorite vacation spot, where they also captured their special pregnancy photo shoot.

In May 2015, Michelle tied the knot with Mark, and since then, they’ve been residing in a custom-built mansion situated in Essex that they constructed themselves.
