Mark Wright’s Family Celebrates New Arrival: Heartwarming Tribute to Baby Palma!
In a touching post, Carol Wright, the proud grandmother, paid tribute to her brand-new granddaughter Palma following her son’s spouse delivering their first baby.
Michelle and Mark, aged 37 each, revealed that they’d just had a baby girl through a heartfelt Instagram post on Wednesday. They also unveiled their unique choice for their daughter’s special name, along with a glimpse of the little one in her very first photos.
The new mother labeled her post as: “Sharing a newfound love with someone… Meet our baby girl, Palma Elizabeth Wright, born March 25th.
Mark’s mom, Carol, was one of those who sent warm greetings. She shared a photo of the baby, writing: ‘We are head-over-heels in love with you, beautiful little girl! Thank you, Michelle and Mark, for this precious gift. X.’
Following the announcement of their newborn on Instagram, Mark and Michelle were inundated with well wishes from relatives and friends such as Rochelle Humes, Kelly Brook, Vicky Pattison, and close friend James ‘Arg’ Argent.
Arg expressed, “I adore you, and I’m overjoyed for the two of you. You’re going to make wonderful parents, and I can hardly contain my excitement to become your child’s uncle.
Mark’s sister-in-law Hollie commented: ‘Josh and Dusty can not wait to meet their new cousin ❤️❤️.’
While Mark’s sister Natalya said: ‘So so happy for you both. The best news ever ✨.’
Rochelle and Marvin commented, ‘We’re overjoyed for the two of you ❤️’. This can also be expressed as, ‘Great news! We’re really thrilled for the both of you ❤️.’
Mark’s brother, Josh, is extremely excited for you both and eagerly anticipates the moment when our sons get to meet your newborn. 💖
Sam Faiers, who previously dated Mark, wrote: ‘❤️ huge congratulations x.’
It’s thought that the couple selected the name Palma as a nod to their deep connections with Majorca, their preferred vacation spot, their beloved getaway, and the scenic backdrop for their pregnancy announcement photograph.
Regarding the snapshot revelations, a friend of the couple shared with The Sun: “Michelle and Mark decided to capture their photo during a winter getaway in early November.
‘It was taken on an empty beach by a friend when they knew no one would spot them.
‘Majorca is like a second home to them so it felt special for them to take that photograph there.’
In the meantime, it’s believed that the middle name Elizabeth was a charming tribute to Michelle’s great-great grandmother.
As reported by The Sun, Michelle delivered her baby named Palma at Portland Hospital in London, the same place where Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed their kids, George, Charlotte, and Louis.
