Mark Wright strips off to show off his and wife Michelle Keegan’s incredible garden transformation as he makes the most of the UK heatwave with a pool day at their £3.5million Essex mansion
As a seasoned event planner with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Mark and Michelle’s wedding looks nothing short of spectacular! The lavish bash, as depicted in those social media snaps, is a testament to their impeccable taste and knack for throwing a good party.
Mark Wright took to his and Michelle Keegan’s joint home Instagram account on Monday to show off their incredible garden transformation in their £3.5million Essex mansion.
As a devoted follower, I’ve been eagerly tracking the journey of my favorite TOWIE star and his wife, both aged 37, as they diligently share updates on their home renovation project. This exciting endeavor began when they purchased a magnificent plot for approximately £1.3million back in 2019.
After finishing the garden remodel at their home, Mark decided to swim in the pool to escape the intense heatwave. Before inviting others to see their freshly updated garden furnishings, he first shed his clothes.
In the beginning of the video, you’ll spot Mark taking a dive into his sizable swimming pool. Later, he relaxes on a tanned sunbed.
The reality TV star showed off his ripped physique as he sported a pair of small swimming trunks.
next, the scene shifts to their outdoor dining area, beautifully adorned with elegant cream-colored quilted bar stools and an impressive kitchen island.
Near the swimming pool, they arranged an inviting rattan furniture set consisting of a cozy three-person couch, two individual armchairs, and a table perfect for outdoor meals.
In an additional section of their garden, Mark and Michelle set up a spacious grey dining table along with matching beige chairs as a special area for hosting grand dinner gatherings.
He titled his post as: ‘On such a sunny day 🌞, we couldn’t help but share our new garden furniture from the fantastic @elementshomegarden (they truly excel). We’re thrilled with everything and how it all came together (grinning face emoji)’
Following Mark’s comment on Michelle’s frequent influence over design choices in their grand mansion in Essex, she is often seen as having the last word.
Reflecting on my recent chat with Heart FM in April, I shared insights about my co-star Michelle, who wields ultimate decision-making power in our professional sphere. While her dominant role has its advantages, it hasn’t always been smooth sailing for us – navigating through those challenges together is all part of the journey!
Mark revealed that he had warned Michelle that her design for the lighting in their home ‘just did not work’, yet she powered ahead with the design anyway.
Later on, he encountered numerous comments on Instagram regarding issues with the lighting.
Following the tale, he messaged Michelle, “Indeed, thank you Instagram for the heads-up, and thanks for confirming my hunch – it was indeed the incorrect chandelier. Next time, Michelle, I’ll be making the lighting choice!”
In August of the previous year, Mark and Michelle completed the remodeling of their ideal house, a project they had been working on for close to two years, starting with its construction from the ground up.
To honor the occasion, the couple organized a festivity modeled after Coachella, affectionately named ‘Marchella’. This extravaganza took place in their luxurious backyard. On the stage graced close friend Olly Murs (aged 40) and Scouting for Girls.
Attendees at the party had the chance to enjoy Russell Kane’s clever humor, followed by dancing and a stunning fireworks show.
Many photos shared on social media offered a glimpse into a luxurious party, filled with homes adorned with numerous balloons, guests dressed in festival styles, and everyone enjoying cocktails provided by The Occasion Bar Co.
Mark and Michelle tied the knot in a rumoured £1million ceremony in 2015.
After bidding farewell from St Mary’s Church in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, the couple, accompanied by numerous guests, proceeded towards Hengrave Hall, a magnificent Tudor manor, for an extravagant reception.
At a minimum, renting Hengrave Hall for an event starts at approximately £4,000, and the cost can vary based on which day of the week you choose.
There were whispers that the “LA-style” party would feature food – specifically, kebabs ordered from a local Essex takeout priced at approximately £17.50 per guest – and the appearance of two well-known musicians on stage.
