Mark Wahlberg makes rare red carpet appearance with wife and all four of their kids at Play Dirty premiere

Mark Wahlberg made a rare red carpet appearance with his entire family on Wednesday.

Oh my gosh, I was *there*! I saw him, my absolute favorite, at the premiere of his new movie, ‘Play Dirty’! He looked incredible, and he wasn’t alone! His wife, Rhea Durham, is just as stunning in person, and their whole family was there! Ella, Michael, Brendan, and little Grace – all four of his kids! It was a dream come true to see them all together at the SVA Theater in New York City. I seriously couldn’t stop staring!

The happy parents smiled for photos with their children at the event. Mark, who recently gained attention for his fit physique, shared that his kids are beginning to understand and enjoy his work.

He told People magazine on the red carpet that they had all been together in Paris when they watched the movie.

He explained that his family was rewatching a movie from his childhood, and his kids are now enjoying aspects they couldn’t have when they were younger. Specifically, they’re amused by the things he did in the movie that were previously off-limits for children, like swearing and action scenes. He believes they appreciate seeing him do those things now.

Wahlberg added he was ‘so excited’ all his kids were at the event.

My daughter is at college, and it seems like everyone is focused on their own lives these days. I’m just hoping we can all find some time to be together.

‘So it’s great that we all got to get together, even if it’s just for the night.’

The actor dressed down for the premiere, wearing a dark green sweater, khaki pants, and white sneakers.

Meanwhile Rhea stunned in a strapless black gown paired with open-toe gold heels.

Married since 2009, the couple has enjoyed a remarkably long-lasting union by Hollywood standards. 

Their oldest daughter, Ella, looked stunning in a long, flowing magenta silk dress, and wore her hair straight.

Her younger sister Grace was chic in a black dress and white sneakers.

Brendan opted for a grey henley shirt and dark jeans paired with white converse sneakers.

Meanwhile Michael dressed up in a pale blue button-up shirt, navy pants and brown dress shoes.

Wahlberg also discussed the long hours he spent on set in Australia.

He told People that filming was challenging because it took him far from home – they shot on location in Australia, and he really missed his family.

He added that his wife and their kids came to visit him while he was filming.

Keegan-Michael Key, Rosa Salazar, Tony Shalhoub, Nat Wolff, Thomas Jane, and director Shane Black were also present at the event.

Rhea posted a photo on Instagram from the premiere, showing her fans what the inside of the theater looked like.

The proud mother quickly shared another photo, this time with her sons. She also posted a picture of bright tote bags featuring the ‘Play Dirty’ design.

The movie follows Parker (Wahlberg) and his team – including Grofield (Stanfield) and Zen (Salazar) – as they find themselves in a dangerous conflict with the New York mafia after discovering a big opportunity.

Play Dirty will debut on Prime Video on October 1st.
