Instead of separate tracks in previous Mario Kart games, Mario Kart World offers a single, continuous journey across all its tracks. After every race, players navigate themselves to the next course, providing a genuine cross-country racing adventure. The game’s main attractions are the Grand Prix mode, which consists of four linked tracks, and the more intense Knockout Tour, where competitors race through six consecutive courses, with elimination at each checkpoint.

Additional tracks such as Crown City, Salty Salty Speedway, and Boo Cinema are now available, along with refreshed versions of old favorites like Peach Beach and Toad’s Factory. The game offers a diverse range of experiences with its day and night settings. In addition to classic characters like Mario, Peach, and Yoshi, you can also play as newcomers such as Goomba, Spike, Wiggler, and even a cow from Moo Moo Meadows.
