On the eve of Christmas, the undisputed monarch of Yuletide, Mariah Carey, was found purchasing some last-minute presents in the snowy town of Aspen, hinting at a nail-biting race against time for her holiday shopping.

The 55-year-old songstress, who recently shattered her own Billboard record with a staggering 17 weeks at number one for All I Want For Christmas, looked effortlessly chic while shopping at Gucci in the swanky ski town.

Wearing a bright red Santa coat and stylish black leather trousers, Mariah showcased her famous dazzling grin as she indulged in a shopping spree, right on the eve of the special occasion.

Apart from that, she gave her followers a peek into her festive season on Instagram by posting warm photos capturing the spirit of her holiday festivities, such as one picture of her tall Christmas tree.

In another photograph, Mariah was seen wearing a sparkling apron as she demonstrated her cooking abilities within the kitchen.

She wrote, “Happy Christmas Eve to everyone,” accompanying a series of slides showcasing a delightful scene of the celebrity enjoying winter playtime in the snow.

During a performance at the Philadelphia show, Mariah was spotted having trouble hitting one of her iconic high notes, an issue that didn’t escape the notice of her Instagram audience.

This performance by Mariah coincides closely with an apparent romantic evening outing with her alleged new boyfriend, Anderson Paak, suggesting it took place not long afterwards.

They were spotted walking hand-in-hand upon entering Catch Steakhouse in Aspen, Colorado, despite reports from reliable sources who confirmed to TMZ that they are not in a romantic relationship.

As they exited the restaurant independently, it was evident that they had been working together recently. They were jointly engaged in crafting a fresh musical venture at a studio nearby.

Anderson has been posting sneak peeks of their artistic projects on various social platforms, such as a clip taken at the well-known Electric Lady Studios in New York City, where they were recently captured working earlier this season.

During Halloween, the duo also shared some fun moments together. Anderson posted a light-hearted photo of himself dressed up as Daft Punk, celebrating the hauntingly festive period alongside Mariah.
