Sarie Kessler, Margot Robbie’s mom, displayed her impressive physique as she took a swim at the Gold Coast.
The famous actress’s mother has spent some quality family moments with her high-profile daughter, who recently returned to Australia with her husband Tom Ackerley and their young son during the Easter break.
67-year-old Sarie appeared fit, firm, and fabulous as she walked leisurely on the golden beach with a man.
It wasn’t difficult to understand the source of Margot’s impressive genes, as Sarie flaunted her sleek figure.
Sarie radiated elegance as she wore a sleek, one-piece black swimsuit with an eye-catching cut-out design at her neckline.
The strappy swimmers showed off Sarie’s slender arms and as she hit the beach for a stroll.
The low-cut outfit accentuated Sarie’s slender legs, revealing her toned calves, as she walked hand-in-hand with her boyfriend on the beach.
For the special event, Sarie opted to walk without shoes, and she chose to limit her accessories, with only a blue and white striped beach towel used as a shawl around her shoulders as she leisurely walked on the seashore.
Aside from working on her tan, Sarie also found time to take advantage of the crystal clear water.
Sarie looked very much in her element as she waded, waist deep, through the water.
She was just as pleased, walking side by side with her boyfriend on the seashore following their refreshing swim.
More recently, it was disclosed that Margot has returned the favor to her mother, who nurtured her acting ambitions from the start.
2023 saw the Barbie star confess to CBS Sunday Morning that she used her initial film earnings to settle the mortgage on a house worth approximately $490,000 owned by Sarie, located in Southport on the Gold Coast.
As I found success in Hollywood, I’ve always planned to return some of that fortune to my mom, Sarie, who helped me financially during the early stages of my career.
Margot explained, “I had everything I owed my mom recorded. Whenever I needed cash, she’d withdraw funds from our home equity to lend me money.
She had always understood that she owed someone a debt. In time, when she accumulated sufficient funds, she decided to settle the entire mortgage obligation all at once, as she put it, “I had to pay that back.
On Sarie’s 60th birthday, a year following Margot’s meteoric rise to fame with The Wolf of Wall Street, she settled the mortgage.
I found myself exclaiming, ‘Mom, forget that mortgage hassle, it’s vanished from existence now.’ Frankly, given the circumstances, I wouldn’t hesitate to take care of it for any mother just like mine.
In addition, Margot shared with Vogue Australia in 2019 that the money from her very first acting salary was used to help her mother.
In simple terms, Margot told Sarie during their interview for the magazine that she utilized the funds to repay the debt she owed her.
She explained that she had used it to repay you, mom, and you may recall that by the end of high school graduation, I was heavily indebted.
Initially, I wrote down what I owed you on a slip of paper. Whenever I received a salary, I diligently used it to settle my debts. However, after each payment, I chose to keep the piece of paper as a reminder and satisfaction came from knowing that I had fully repaid what was due.
In the year 2008 marked a significant milestone for Margot, as she made her television debut on the show “Neighbours,” portraying the character Donna Freedman. She continued in this role for an impressive span of three years.
But in 2011, Hollywood beckoned and she began auditioning for U.S. television shows and movies.
More recently, it’s been announced that Sarie has entered the grandparent stage, as her daughter Margot and partner Tom Ackerley welcomed their newborn son in October.
