Marc Anthony has finally spoken about the public dispute involving the Beckhams, after becoming unintentionally involved in the situation.

The renowned Latin artist, age 57, publicly commented three weeks after Brooklyn Beckham, 26, released a critical six-page statement on Instagram announcing his estrangement from his parents, David, 50, and Victoria Beckham, 51.

Brooklyn Beckham said his mother, Victoria, unexpectedly interrupted his first dance with his wife, Nicola Peltz, at their 2022 wedding. He explained that while singer Anthony was bringing him on stage, Anthony announced Victoria would be his dance partner instead.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Anthony called the continuing conflict ‘very unfortunate’ and stated that the public portrayal of events ‘isn’t accurate’.

The 83-year-old business leader discussed his family issues during a question-and-answer session at the WSJD Invest Live event in West Palm Beach on Tuesday.

Nelson mentioned his daughter and the Beckhams are a personal matter he won’t discuss today. He did say he thinks his daughter and her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, are wonderful and hopes they have a lasting and joyful marriage.
