On a recent Instagram post on Wednesday, Malin Andersson displayed her well-defined physique by wearing lingerie, showcasing it to her followers.
Ever since my rise to stardom on Love Island’s second season back in 2016, I’ve found myself speaking out passionately about body positivity, the hidden perils of celebrity life, and the challenges that come with social media. This journey into the spotlight has been both enlightening and eye-opening for me.
And in her latest post she encouraged her followers to ‘throw away the weighing scales‘.
She looked incredible in a sheer pink bra and orange lace briefs as she put on a confident display.
In the caption, Malin expressed: ‘Discard your weighing scales as every time you step on them, you unconsciously remind yourself that you’re unlovable and not worthy of trusting and guiding yourself.’
She wore her brunette tresses in a choppy bob and opted for a glowing, natural makeup look.
Instead of using Instagram solely for sharing photos, Malin has utilized the platform as a means to chronicle her transformation and weight loss experience. She’s been posting about her rigorous workout routine and explaining how it not only improves her physical health but also contributes positively to her mental well-being.
Previously this year, she posted a strong caution on Instagram regarding the potential dangers associated with undergoing surgery.
In her latest social media update, she openly discussed her past regrets regarding a surgical procedure. To illustrate her point, she posted a photo of herself wearing athletic attire and casually exposing her midriff, referring to it as “bumpy and unusual.”
Malin shared that she traveled to Turkey seven years back for a fat removal procedure. Unfortunately, during this time, she was pregnant with both of her daughters – Xaya, who is now two, and Consy, who sadly passed away at only 30 days old in 2019. This pregnancy left lasting damage on her skin.
In a related note, she wrote: ‘Even after receiving liposuction 7 years ago and having two children, there are still uneven, unusual bumps on my abdomen.’
Reflecting on my personal journey, I cannot stress enough the importance of sharing my story about liposuction, particularly after my experience in Turkey seven years ago. You see, life is a constant process of learning and growing, and had I not gone through with that procedure, I would have missed out on some valuable insights.
It’s surprising how I’ve learned to embrace each aspect of myself, despite all the hardships. I merely wish to prevent others from repeating the errors I made in the past.
Well, let me share some thoughts from a fangirl’s perspective: “I passionately believe that elective surgeries are a matter of personal preference. However, a crucial point often overlooked is that they don’t address any underlying internal issues. So, remember this advice from the trenches!”
Malin has openly shared her encounters with domestic violence and actively advocates for individuals who have faced such abuse.
Back in 2020, my ex, Tom Kemp, found himself behind bars for ten long months. You see, he confessed to a brutal attack that left me bruised and battered – sporting a shiner and a broken hand. Oh, the memories… not so fondly recalled.
He was the father of Malin’s baby girl Consy, who tragically died with a heart defect in January 2019, just one month after being delivered at 33 weeks.
In late 2017, the pair crossed paths, and since then, Malin has been candid about the physical and emotional hardships she endured throughout their tumultuous relationship.
