Male model Christian Hogue arrested after he was accused of putting man in headlock during dog park altercation

Model Christian Hogue faces aggravated assault charges after a reported fight at a dog park, where he allegedly strangled someone.

According to TMZ, Hogue allegedly put a man in a headlock during a fight at a Nashville dog park in August 2025.

A recent mugshot shows the attractive model striking a pose similar to the one made famous by ‘Hot Felon’ and his own booking photo.

According to court documents, the dispute started when Hogue’s dog and another dog began to fight, according to prosecutors.

From what I understand, things escalated quickly. The person involved tried to intervene as the dogs were getting into it, but then the other individual reportedly grabbed him from behind, took him down, and applied a headlock. It’s a really unfortunate situation, and thankfully, it seems the person is okay, but it’s a good reminder to always prioritize safety and de-escalation when dealing with potentially volatile situations.

I’ve been following this case, and it’s really upsetting. Apparently, Mr. Hogue stated he saw a man repeatedly punch his dog with a closed fist. However, the man accused of the assault completely denies the claims. It’s a classic ‘he said, she said’ situation, and it highlights how important it is to have clear evidence when accusations like these are made.

The man said he was trying to prevent his dog from biting another dog, so he grabbed its collar.

Police found both Christian and the other person involved had several cuts, according to the records.

The headlock was also apparently seen by other witnesses.

The man who was allegedly placed in the headlock claims his breathing was restricted by Hogue.

He tried to file charges, and Hogue was arrested after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Hogue for comment.

Hogue isn’t letting the arrest completely weigh him down.

Despite the ongoing legal uncertainty, he was using Instagram on Monday and even shared a video showing what he called a ‘perfect day’ with his dog.

It really depends on the location, but when I’m in Tennessee, it’s just me and my dog. We usually spend our time paddleboarding, fishing in the lake, or relaxing by a waterfall, enjoying the sunshine. It’s a pretty simple life.
