It appears that Malcolm-Jamal Warner, the well-known actor who portrayed Theo Huxtable for eight consecutive years in “The Cosby Show,” has tragically passed away at the age of 54.

It was confirmed on Monday that Warner met an unfortunate fate while swimming during a family vacation in Costa Rica; he unfortunately drowned.
