Brittany Cartwright, known for her time on reality television, is stepping away from the glamorous life of red carpets and embracing a more relaxed lifestyle.
The 37-year-old celebrity decided to have a relaxing day and gave her hair and makeup artists a break, taking care of herself with some pampering on Wednesday.
Cartwright looked comfortably chic for a nail appointment in Studio City, wearing sweatpants and no makeup.
Instead of her usual glamorous style, Cartwright chose a comfortable outfit: black sweatpants, a bright Dolly Parton T-shirt, and slides.
A dainty Louis Vuitton purse injected some glam into her otherwise laid-back look.
Cartwright returns for the third season of The Valley, the hit show that started as a spinoff of Vanderpump Rules – the series where she first became well-known.

Cartwright underwent a comprehensive surgical makeover, including abdominal reconstruction, liposuction, a tummy tuck, and a breast lift with a reduction in implant size. The total cost of the procedures was approximately $75,000.
Cartwright had surgery in late 2025 and has openly shared her satisfaction with taking control of her body and making this change for herself.
Oh my gosh, she finally posted after the surgeries, and it was everything! She said she’s SO happy with what she did, and honestly, it just confirms everything I believe. It was like, ‘Do what you need to do to feel good, and always support other women!’ I’m seriously living for this message. It’s just…perfect. I’m so proud of her for being so open and inspiring!

Lori Krebs, representing Courtney Cartwright, shared with Us Weekly that Cartwright had a ‘mommy makeover’ to help her feel more confident and begin a positive new phase in her life, focused on healing and personal growth.
Krebs shared that Brittany had been wanting this surgery for a while, and she finally decided to go through with it.
Per the outlet, the procedures were done by Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke.
An insider also confirmed that the star ‘removed the [breast] implants she had and got new ones.’
Cartwright had surgery one year after filing for divorce from Jax Taylor. The couple ended their five-year marriage due to differences they couldn’t resolve.
Long before Brittany filed for divorce, she had publicly shared that she and her husband had been living apart for several months.
In February 2024, she went on their joint podcast and announced their split.
Jax and I have decided to separate and I’ve moved into a new place to focus on my well-being. We share a four-year-old son named Cruz.
Last year, Cartwright shared that problems in her marriage and a lack of closeness with Taylor were hurting her self-confidence.
She described feeling inadequate and questioning the relationship when her partner became distant and unkind. It felt less like a romantic connection and more like simply living with a roommate, ultimately leading to her decision to leave, she told Us Weekly.
I refuse to live the rest of my life feeling unhappy, stuck in a marriage without intimacy, and constantly fighting with my husband. I want things to change.
After ending her relationship with Taylor, Cartwright is starting to feel happy again, recovering from a difficult period.
The day she started divorce proceedings, she posted a polished selfie, showing she was doing well despite everything.
She tellingly captioned the post: ‘Getting my sparkle back.’
