Kate Hudson, age 46, showed off her toned abs while wearing a vibrant salmon-colored crop top and leggings.
After her workout, she wasn’t wearing any makeup, and her long, blonde hair fell naturally in loose waves.
The busy mom juggled a water bottle, her phone, and a green purse as she carried them all at once.
Kate, who is the nepo baby of Hollywood icon Goldie Hawn, tied a black sweater around her waist.
And she rounded out her ensemble with a pair of white sneakers with black laces.
The silver screen siren was also makeup-free in an Instagram Stories selfie shared on Sunday.
She wore sporty sunglasses with purple lenses, her hair styled in a top knot, and a green bandana around her neck.
She shared that she was wearing no makeup, relying instead on treatments from Alma Lasers to keep her skin looking healthy and radiant.

She shares her mini-me with longtime fiancé Danny Fujikawa, 39.
The actress has two sons: 21-year-old Ryder Robinson, from her marriage to Chris Robinson, and 14-year-old Bingham Bellamy, whose father is musician Matthew Bellamy.
The couple, a blonde woman and Danny, got engaged in 2021. They welcomed their daughter in 2018.
For the past year, she’s been performing songs from her first album, Glorious, which came out on May 17, 2024.
Kate started her summer with a trip to the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley in May, where she played at the BottleRock music festival, a two-day event.
In late August, she shared a collection of photos with her 18.5 million followers, writing, ‘So long, sweet summer ☀️.’
