Make-up artists ‘used bodily fluids on Farage during BBC appearances’, insider claims

This week, the BBC has given a lot of attention to rumors about things Nigel Farage supposedly said as a schoolboy. It’s unclear if these stories are actually true.

It’s been claimed that makeup artists working with the Reform UK leader have behaved inappropriately.

Historian and author Lisa Hilton, known for her BBC documentaries, alleges that Nigel Farage’s makeup was intentionally dirtied with contaminated brushes during his appearances on the network’s shows.

In an article for The Critic magazine, socialite Paris Hilton shared something she heard from a seasoned news professional: apparently, Nigel Farage might consider applying his own makeup. The source noted the surprisingly diverse and natural range of cosmetics used on him during professional makeup applications.

I’m told these ‘natural cosmetics’ allegedly include human saliva and other bodily fluids.

Farage didn’t respond to the claims, but this kind of perceived negativity likely wouldn’t shock him. He’s frequently criticized the BBC, alleging they lean left politically and favored remaining in the European Union.

I was really disappointed last year when he announced he’d be boycotting the BBC. It all started after a Question Time special – one of those programs with all the party leaders before the election. Apparently, some people in the audience accused him of racism, and he just felt he couldn’t support the BBC after that. It was a tough situation, and I’ve been following it closely ever since.

He stated that the national broadcaster acted as if it were a political party during the election. His party, Reform, will be campaigning to get rid of the TV license fee.

He recently responded to accusations of racial abuse against fellow students at Dulwich College during the 1970s, but he insists the claims are false.

The BBC didn’t respond to questions about whether Nigel Farage’s makeup had been tampered with, but people familiar with the situation at the BBC say the accusations are untrue.

Murder, Sophie didn’t write, she tells charity do!

Let me tell you, seeing Sophie Ellis-Bextor perform at St James’s Church in Piccadilly was something special! While she might not be known for attending church regularly, she was absolutely on her best behavior and delivered a truly captivating performance. It was a lovely contrast – a pop star shining in such a historic and reverent setting.

The 46-year-old singer revealed she altered the lyrics to her popular 2001 song, ‘Murder On The Dancefloor,’ while performing at the Quintessentially Foundation’s Fayre of St James’s, a fundraising event for the Firefly Project.

She told the audience she didn’t write the lyric, ‘DJ, gonna burn this goddamn house right down.’ She’d actually considered changing the lyrics to ‘Manger on the dancefloor’ instead of singing ‘Murder on the dancefloor’.

A surprise development at the event, which was created by Sir Ben Elliot, Queen Camilla’s nephew, was Isla Fisher having to cancel her appearance.

She was replaced by Emily In Paris star Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, 62, who plays Sylvie Grateau.

‘You were expecting an Australian actress, but instead you got a French actress,’ she joked.

Plus ca change…

Comedian Harry Enfield, age 64, says audiences might be surprised that his new stage show includes characters from the 1980s, like his famous creation, Loadsamoney.

He remembers one time someone approached him and said, “Are you Harry Enfield? I enjoyed your work, but I honestly thought you’d passed away.”

I said, ‘Sorry to disappoint you’, and he said, ‘All right, mate – don’t get clever’.

Baldrick’s age-old issue

Sir Tony Robinson, known for his role in Blackadder, recently married Louise Hobbs in Italy. Despite their 35-year age difference, he believes it won’t affect their relationship.

The actor, now 79 years old and famous for playing the unlucky Baldrick in the popular comedy series, has now acknowledged a problem exists.

He shared on the Spooning With Mark Wogan podcast that he’s been lucky in love. However, he also admitted his libido isn’t what it once was.

Sir Tony married Barbara Henshall in 1969, but they divorced four years later. He then left his second wife, Mary Shepherd – with whom he has two children – in 1992 for singer Teri Bramah, and later stated he didn’t believe in marriage.

However, by 2011, he was marrying Louise, a woman five years younger than his own son. It seems like he could really use a little help – perhaps something like Viagra!

Winslet’s boy Joe feared letting Kate film script

Joe Anders, whose first screenplay, ‘Goodbye June,’ was transformed into a Christmas movie with a famous cast thanks to his mother, Kate Winslet, admits he initially wasn’t sure if he wanted her involved.

Kate’s son, Joe Anders, is 21 years old. He is the child of Kate and her ex-husband, Sir Sam Mendes, 60, and legally changed his last name to Anders in 2022.

Timothy Spall and Helen Mirren appear in the film, but the script was actually written as a class assignment for a screenwriting course at the National Film and Television School.

He explains he wasn’t trying to get the story made into a movie. It hadn’t even crossed his mind. He just told his mother, ‘You don’t have to act differently just because you’re my mom.’

Kate, age 50 and a first-time director, explained that Joe was worried people would assume his success was only due to her being his mother.

I kept saying, ‘If the script was a piece of s***, then yes. But it’s not’.’

You know, after years in the spotlight, I’m pretty accustomed to meeting excited fans. But even I had a ‘pinch me’ moment recently! I met Mary J. Blige at the Royal Albert Hall, and honestly, I was completely starstruck. She’s just incredible, and it was a real thrill.

Bill, age 75, remembers telling the person he was speaking to that they had profoundly impacted his life, praising their work as exceptional and expressing deep admiration.

She gave me a look that made me feel like I was crazy and didn’t say anything, so I walked away, feeling pretty embarrassed – honestly, it was probably the best thing to do.

It’s common for parents to be concerned about kids spending too much time on their phones, but adults could also use a reminder to disconnect. Gemma Atkinson, 41, who previously starred in Hollyoaks, shares two children with her partner, Gorka Marquez from Strictly Come Dancing.

Gemma Atkinson, who used to be on Hollyoaks, has two children with her partner, Gorka Marquez, from Strictly Come Dancing. She is 41 years old.

Gorka, a professional dancer and father, says his six-year-old daughter, Mia, often asks him to play instead of being on his phone. He jokingly admits they try to keep their phones on silent to avoid this!
