The movie detailing Trump’s property business has faced criticism following its poor performance at the box office and harsh reviews from Donald himself, sparking a frenzy among the media.

Prior to writing the film, his first feature, Sherman wrote for Vanity Fair and New York magazine and authored the Roger Ailes biography, The Loudest Voice in the Room.

In an interview on Monday, Abbasi expressed that he had indeed discussed the matter with several individuals, and his intentions were sincere.
He went on to explain, “I layered Donald’s youthful image with various actresses I was contemplating. I consulted with my prosthetics expert about potential solutions if a candidate possessed suitable proportions.
Abbasi told DailyMail.com that he also conducted a voice test using a woman.
‘And in the end, I think, I just felt like the whole thing became too gimmicky,’ he said.
The director expressed that such an approach would conflict with his aim of portraying humanity and intricacy, and instead, it might turn into a film centered around the execution of that particular stunt.
As a devoted fan, I can’t help but speculate that the creators of the Donald Trump biopic might find themselves in a similar situation as their production, echoing the famous catchphrase “You’re fired,” after its underwhelming performance at the box office.

She added: ‘The movie encourages you to laugh at his extremes, his vanity and braggadocio, the one thing that the filmmakers don’t prepare you for, even if you should know better, is the magnitude of the American tragedy rapidly unfolding before you.
According to another glowing critique by The Los Angeles Times, Sebastian Stan gives a standout performance that is arguably the best of his career so far, and they also commend the film’s stunning visuals for effectively portraying the ’80s era.
