A wedding between Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster is imminent, according to a new report. 

According to the Globe, the 57-year-old Australian actor has declined to create a prenuptial agreement with his Broadway star partner.

According to a source who spoke to the Globe, Jackman doesn’t want to consider the suggestion at all and finds it upsetting.

Hugh Jackman, known for playing Wolverine, is worth an estimated $170 million and appears happy to share his wealth with his future wife.

News comes after reports that the couple is planning a small, private wedding later this year.

Hugh is said to be house-hunting for a new marital home in an upscale suburb just outside New York.

A friend of the couple says the wedding will happen shortly after Sutton’s divorce from Ted Griffin is complete.

According to a source, Hugh has asked his team to make arrangements for him and Sutton to get married and then travel around Europe for a honeymoon, including a visit to his mother.

According to a source, the couple is planning a small and private wedding ceremony in New York City, likely in the spring or summer, and will invite friends from the theatre community.

The couple is reportedly searching for a home in Bedford, a wealthy town about 43 miles north of Manhattan, as a potential matrimonial residence.
