MAFS UK star Adam Nightingale opens up on ‘romance’ with co-star Amy Kenyon following his icy marriage breakdown with Polly Sellman

TV personality Adam Nightingale, known from Married At First Sight, has disclosed a romantic connection with fellow cast member Amy Kenyon after his marriage to Polly Sellman ended in a freeze.

33-year-old television host married career counselor Polly, aged 28, on the popular E4 program, but they chose to part ways in November 2024.

But Adam has now told the Sun that he never speaks to his ex-wife and is not missing married life.
