Star of the reality show “Married At First Sight,” Adam Nightingale, left fans in awe recently by posting pictures of his noticeably slimmer figure during his vacation in Dubai this week.

33-year-old barber from Nottingham, who married Polly Sellman on a dating show on E4, disclosed that he’s shed a remarkable 3 stones since then, following the weight loss journey he shared in November of last year.

In a surprising transformation that left fans astonished, Adam explained that he managed to shed the pounds through an intense workout routine at the gym.

Replying to comments he penned: ‘3 stone yeah gym twice a day for 8 months paid off’. 

Fans complimented Adam as they wrote: ‘You look so trim and healthy’; ‘You look tip top’;

‘U lost so much weight’; ‘Happiness looks good on you’; ‘Looking sharp’.

In the chilly month of November last year, I couldn’t help but marvel at the incredible two-and-a-half stone transformation unveiled by none other than Adam himself! It was no secret that he had been tirelessly dedicating his time to sculpting his physique at the gym.

In a sequence of Instagram posts, Adam’s expression was filled with unwavering resolve while he handled several machines.

Alongside the video, he wrote: ‘Sunday full body workout. Training to tone up now, not get big.’ 

Addressing his huge weight loss, he added: ‘2 & half stone weight loss, but we still pushing.

‘Weighing 13 stone 7. 10-15 reps x4 no slacking.’

Despite being put together on the show, Adam failed to find his happy ever after with Polly.

On their wedding night, the couple completed their union, but when Adam failed to show any physical affection during their honeymoon, his new wife began to feel insecure.

Adam confided in her that he moves gradually in romantic relationships, but eventually admitted that she didn’t fit his preference.

During the last meal on the program, their romantic journey took a dramatic turn as Polly angrily labeled Adam as self-centered, ultimately deciding to part ways with him.

spectators witnessed a heated exchange between the pair at the turbulent dinner gathering, where the life coach, aged 28, accused her husband, 35, of being a self-centered individual.

After making an appearance on the program, Polly embarked on a remarkable weight loss adventure and later moved to Australia.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve embarked on an incredible journey of shedding approximately four stones from my physique. This transformation occurred around the festive season in December, and I was excited to flaunt my new figure in a vibrant red bikini while soaking up some sun and sand.

Overcome by joy, I can’t help but share my exhilaration – the England Christmas blues are a distant memory now! As I soak up the sun at the breathtaking Scarborough Beach near Perth, I wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas!

Previously, she shared her weight loss journey in her posts, stating: “I recently stepped on the scale (although it’s not recommended at night), and I’m genuinely astonished to find out that I’ve shed almost 4 stones… yes, 4!… since March!

After wrapping up the filming, I weighed around 16 stones for approximately two years, but now I’ve dropped down to 12.5 stones.

Polly shared her method on how she accomplished it: “I’ve found success by drinking more water, consuming less food, and being more active.

Oh, man! Rediscovering my burning passion for fitness has been nothing short of amazing. The consistent routine I’ve stuck to, day in and day out, has truly been the catalyst for this transformation. And let me tell you, it’s a feeling I can’t get enough of!

I’ve got a bit more journey ahead before I reach my target weight, but once I do, my focus will shift towards enhancing my strength and preserving the weight I’ve shed. I aim to achieve this without adhering to a restrictive lifestyle and maintaining a balanced, healthy approach towards food and beverages, fostering a positive relationship with both.

Over the years, I’ve generally been quite self-assured, but never particularly pleased with my physical appearance. Lately, though, I’ve developed a stronger sense of self-confidence that has made me feel significantly more at ease when wearing certain types of clothing, unlike in the past.

Regardless of my shape and size, I always made an effort to dress smartly, camouflaging my insecurities. However, it’s important to note that I never truly felt completely at ease with my appearance.

Previously, I found myself overly concerned with specific aspects while purchasing clothing. But now, I find myself less preoccupied, and it feels absolutely wonderful!
