MAFS Star Sparks Outrage Posing with Machine Gun on Cambodia Trip

Fans were taken aback when Married At First Sight star, Michael Goonan, posted pictures of him handling a powerful firearm during his vacation in Cambodia.

Lately, the seasoned reality star, aged 33, has been sharing pictures on social media that he captured during a trip to a military base.

In the pictures, he was seen posing with high-powered weaponry and checking out military equipment.

In one image, Goonan is seen kneeling, holding a massive gun with an ammunition belt slung over his shoulders.

Behind him an armoured tank and a missile were on display, adding to the dramatic scene. 

Another picture depicted him at a firing range, taking aim with a rifle towards a series of targets, honing his sharpshooting abilities.

In the year 2021, Michael openly shared that he had reconciled with his former girlfriend, KC Osborne, following their time together on the reality show, “Celebrity Ex on The Beach.

During an Instagram Q&A session, Michael shared: “I’ve reconciled with KC, but I haven’t found peace with Stacey as of now.

Afterward, the Adelaide entrepreneur posed a question to his ex-Married at First Sight spouse, Stacey Hampton: “Would you consider setting aside past disagreements and rekindling our friendship?

‘You want to make peace? I know you’re seeing this?’ he cheekily asked. 

Michael portrays his real-life bond with KC as significantly deeper and mature than his fictional connection with Stacey.

Regarding emotions and such matters, Stacey and I would often argue for extended periods, and I’m still unsure about the situation. He clarified this point.

In 2020, Michael’s split with KC Osborne sent shock waves among MAFS fans.

KC declared their separation, confessing that although she believed him to be her lifelong partner, they ultimately found themselves unable to sustain a long-term relationship.

‘Writing this is painful for me, but unfortunately, I’ve decided to part ways with Michael, and it’s tinged with sadness.’

In the course of our conversation, I shared that my partner and I have been an item for close to five months now. The extended period we spent cohabiting during Melbourne’s lockdown felt as if it had spanned a lifetime as we navigated isolation together.

Ever since Michael and I became close pals, it seemed like an eternity when we were quarantining together for those five months. With dreams of sharing a life with him forever, I gathered up my belongings and made the move to live with him.

In simpler terms, KC didn’t elaborate on the reason for their separation, but she expressed her hope that Michael might make some adjustments and wished him only the best.

She didn’t feel comfortable discussing Michael on a personal level, but she expressed her hope that he would make some changes, as she continues to have faith in his abilities and wishes him well.

Meanwhile, Michael shared with Daily Mail Australia, stating that he is a dedicated worker (or “a workaholic”) and has been unable to provide KC with the time she rightfully deserves.
