MAFS Star Samantha Moitzi Reveals Producers’ Shocking Drama Tactics: ‘Stay and Fight!’

On Wednesday, Samantha Moitzi decided to reveal exclusive insights from her experience on ‘Married at First Sight’ through social media.

In a shift from her stint in reality TV, a 29-year-old influencer was featured in season nine of the dating show, infamously known for the heated conflict between two brides, Olivia Frazer and Domenica Calarco.

Currently, a stunning woman, often identified by her blonde hair, asserts in a TikTok post that during the filming of her 2022 season, a producer disrupted a peaceful dinner gathering where all participants were enjoying each other’s company, labeling their behavior as ‘uninteresting’.

‘The head producer comes out and she goes, ‘How are you guys going?” Samantha alleged in the clip.

We found ourselves saying, ‘We’re really enjoying ourselves… We’re running on little sleep and have had more than enough to drink, but we’re still okay.

She says, “I guess I’m feeling rather dull, and it seems Australia might be too. So, what do you all think we’re here for? Our purpose is to create television content, but this is quite uneventful. You won’t be going anywhere until something thrilling occurs.

Samantha added the producer did not use those exact works, but noted it was ‘along those lines’. 

She continued: ‘And I remember thinking, “This is serious.” 

You know, I understand the appeal of dramatic storytelling and the necessity for it to keep viewers engaged. However, the idea of two strangers tying the knot, sharing a tiny one-bedroom apartment, and having to navigate some rather unusual situations while discussing their feelings openly and showing vulnerability is quite intriguing in its own right.

Samantha commented about her match with Al Perkins by saying: ‘It’s not necessary for us to argue every minute or so.’

This year’s reality TV personality, who graced “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!”, concluded her video by confessing that she hasn’t been tuning in to Married at First Sight. However, the media buzz surrounding the tumultuous couples on the show was quite bothersome for her.

As the situation seems to be deteriorating more and more, I can’t help but suspect that perhaps my intentions were pure when joining MAFS, while others seem to be seeking attention or popularity now.

‘It’s just f***ing ruined the concept. It’s ruined.’

2022’s season of MAFS had me absolutely hooked, especially when the support for Domenica, age 28, skyrocketed following her unfair reveal as an OnlyFans content creator by none other than Olivia, 31 – my newfound rival bride! The drama that ensued was nothing short of explosive.

The ‘feud’ reached a climax with glass smashing and a battle of words during a dinner party.

As an ardent “Married at First Sight” fan, I couldn’t help but chime in on Samantha’s latest post, expressing my perspective about her deep dive into the season nine drama.

‘Shame you were so mean to Dom as you seemed really sweet before that xx,’ said the TikTok user.

Samantha replied, “Dom and I are doing really well, thank you for your worry! There’s no ill feeling towards anyone. It’s been a challenging period for many due to various reasons, those who haven’t gone through it may not fully comprehend.

Earlier this month, Samantha was the one who got eliminated as the first contestant from the latest season of Channel Ten’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, which aired before anyone else.

In a tense elimination round, viewers just barely chose to remove Samantha from the competition, with Dave Hughes and Sigrid Thornton edging her out.

The influencer later shared a post to social media reflecting on her short time on the show.

She concluded her IAC experience, remarking that it was – and will remain – one of the most meaningful activities she has ever undertaken.

Overcoming my apprehensions, demonstrating resilience, revealing my struggles, and forging enduring friendships throughout this journey.

As a devoted admirer, I can’t express enough my heartfelt appreciation towards my esteemed co-hosts, Julia Morris and Robert Irwin. This journey has been nothing short of magical for me. Although I don’t bear the title, each moment feels regal in its own right.

In her stint on Married at First Sight, Samantha encountered turbulent moments with husband Al Perkins, as they struggled to form a romantic bond between them.

But the pair parted after calling it quits before the end of the season.
