Madonna’s Diamond Grill TikTok: Fans Spot Unexpected ‘Toilet’ Backdrop!
In a recent social media share, Madonna showcased a stunning lapis lazuli and diamond grille. However, it was an unexpected element in her video that drew the focus of her fans.
The 66-year-old singer famous for being a Material Girl shared a video on TikTok last Thursday, flaunting a shining dental ornament that she has been spotted with since the year 2022.
The star appeared to be mimicking the lyrics of rapper That Mexican OT’s hit track, “Hardest Ese Ever,” while she playfully covered her mouth with one hand and then flashed her impressive grill.
The pop icon wore a busty black robe and further accessorized with a diamond necklace.
Nevertheless, it was observed that she seemed to be positioned as if she were on a toilet within the video, filmed inside her bathroom, with a visible white flush handle nearby.
‘So nobody’s gonna talk about the fact that she’s on the toilet ??’ one fan asked.
‘Madonna are you on the toilet doing a trend??’ another questioned.
‘Nobody talkin about how Madonna is on the toilet and on our fyp.’
‘Not Madonna posting a TikTok on the stall I’m dying,’ someone else added.
A fan asked, in a somewhat humorous manner, ‘I don’t like to impose, but might I be so fortunate as to share a bathroom moment with you?’
‘How old is she???’ someone else questioned.
Another fan chimed in, writing, ‘Madonna it’s 2 AM.’
Another fan joked that her grill ‘definitely costs more than my car.’
‘This was not on my 2025 bingo card,’ yet someone else wrote.
She previously showed off the grill in 2022 on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
It was disclosed that she had purchased a mouthpiece adorned with diamonds as a gift for her 64th birthday, which she gave to herself.
She also addressed fan criticism by defending her choice to wear the elaborate ‘mouth jewelry.’
‘People have a problem with my grills, I don’t know why,’ she said.
‘I just like the way it looks — it’s mouth jewelry — and I have really ugly teeth.’
Additionally, she owns a collection of gold grills adorned with twenty-four diamonds that she bought back in 2013.
This past month saw Madonna hosting an illustrious charity event for the non-governmental organization, Raising Malawi, which she established alongside Michael Berg back in 2006.
At a private event in Manhattan on March 11, the iconic Pop Queen showed off a noticeably firm facial and neck area, emphasizing her commitment as a Raising Malawi partner, encouraging attendees to support the charity by making regular donations.

In the year 2007, compassionate soul Madge, originally hailing from Michigan, took under her wing an orphaned four-year-old who was battling Malaria. However, their family union faced a three-year legal hurdle because of Madge’s previous two divorces.
The successful self-made star intentionally stood alongside her 28-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon, who is with fitness trainer Carlos Leon, as well as her 19-year-old son David Banda.
