Madhappy Opens First New York City Flagship

Summary

  • Madhappy has opened its doors to the brand’s first-ever New York City flagship.
  • Located on Mulberry Street, the two-story outpost is home to exclusive NYC apparel capsules as well as Madhappy’s Pantry concept.

It’s surprising that Madhappy hasn’t had a permanent store in New York City until now, but they have finally established one. This is their second flagship store in the U.S. and first brick-and-mortar location in NYC. The mental health-focused retailer has now opened its doors to its new downtown Manhattan residence.

Located on Mulberry Street, right in the bustling Soho area, Madhappy’s latest store has been revitalized thanks to PlayLab Inc., a creative studio based in Los Angeles – the same team responsible for designing Madhappy’s first permanent store in LA. This two-story establishment echoes Madhappy’s unique aesthetic, featuring blue-tinted concrete, polished aluminum, ceramic tiles, and Douglas fir accents.

In the store, Madhappy expands their own café idea called “Pantry,” which was initially introduced in West Hollywood. This new version features a variety of food partners from both local and international sources, such as HOTEL DRUGS from Japan and nearby restaurants Sofreh and Tom’s Juice.

Moreover, the store is where several collections inspired by New York City’s landmarks are housed, such as partnerships with teams like the New York Yankees and the New York Mets, as well as the renowned pizzeria, Lucali Pizza.

Have a more detailed peek into the store depicted in the gallery up there, and swing by the Madhappy NYC Store located at the following address:
