He insisted the breakdown of his relationship with Olivia, 29, who also appeared on Celebs Go Dating in 2020, ‘had nothing to do with cheating or scandals’ but purely down to miscommunication.
Tristan mentioned that it was quite challenging for them; they split up multiple times – perhaps two or even three times during that phase – but somehow they’d always find their way back to each other.

Initially, I strived to exhibit the vibrant personality that others expected from me, yet beneath the surface, I felt deeply unsatisfied. Consequently, I chose to abstain from alcohol as a means of coping with my inner turmoil.
Nevertheless, I remain quite connected with my friends who appear on the program, and our friendships have remained unchanged throughout.
