In the movie titled Trap, Ariel Donoghue plays the role of Cooper’s daughter named Riley, Saleka Night Shyamalan portrays a famous musician known as Lady Raven, Alison Pill acts as Cooper’s spouse Rachel, and Hayley Mills is cast as FBI profiler Dr Josephine Grant.

Prior to the cinema premiere, filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan disclosed the true-life basis for his upcoming mystery-thriller: an American undercover operation called Operation Flagship, which attracted approximately 100 wanted individuals using complimentary NFL match tickets.

He said, “The officers were acting more like cheerleaders and mascots, dancing their way into the scene. They got caught, too. It was a bizarre and amusing spectacle.”

He added that Trap started life as a simple pitch: “What if The Silence of the Lambs happened at a Taylor Swift concert?”

You can now either rent or purchase “Trap” on Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, and various other platforms within the U.S. However, a digital release for the UK is yet to be officially announced.
