Kicking off the discussion, she expressed: ‘Winter Wipeout. I had planned to initiate monthly updates from January onwards.’

As a devoted enthusiast, I find that this practice offers an excellent opportunity for me to reminisce about the cherished moments of every month. Come December, it seemed only natural to kickstart my reflections a bit earlier…

In November, Lydia unexpectedly arranged a trip to visit her sister Georgia in Berlin, feeling disoriented without providing details about the situation that prompted this spontaneous journey.

This week has been challenging, with numerous unpleasant incidents occurring, leaving me somewhat disoriented. I preferred not to burden my older sister, given that I was aware of her hectic schedule with a work conference in Berlin.

However, upon calling her to wish her a happy birthday on Thursday, it became apparent that something was amiss as she could tell right away that I wasn’t my usual self – a fact only someone intimately familiar with me would notice.

She nearly pleaded for me to travel to visit her, arranged a hotel for me, and finally, after the 20th voicemail, I purchased my plane ticket on Thursday night, just 12 hours prior to departure. This journey turned out to be exactly what I required.

As a devoted admirer, let me express my gratitude for understanding my needs even better than I do. It’s truly astonishing how you always manage to prioritize me, especially in my times of greatest need.

The pair no longer follow each other on social media either. 

Back in July Lydia packed on the PDA with Ben on a yacht in Ibiza.

The television personality referred to Ben, her boyfriend of eight months at the time, as “the love of my life” when she posted a collection of affectionate photos on Instagram.
