Luisa Zissman slips into a yellow bikini during Maldives holiday as she reveals her Dubai move next door to Rio and Kate Ferdinand will mean ‘everything is better’ including her finances

Luisa Zissman posted a photo of herself in a bikini while on vacation in The Maldives, shortly after announcing that she and her family are relocating to Dubai.

The 38-year-old former Apprentice contestant recently announced she’s moving to the UAE with her family. She’s had enough of the UK’s weather and rising crime, and is currently enjoying a relaxing winter vacation in the Caribbean before the big move.

Luisa shared a photo of herself in a bikini and announced she’s moving from the UK to Dubai. She says leaving what she describes as a ‘miserable’ situation will dramatically improve her life, offering both financial advantages and a better lifestyle.

She excitedly shared that she and Kate Ferdinand will be living near each other, as she and her husband Rio recently moved to Dubai.

Luisa announced she’s moving with two of her three children to be with her husband, Andrew Collins, an Irish millionaire who has already moved from the UK.

She also mentioned that her oldest daughter, 15-year-old Dixie, who she shares with her former husband Oliver Zissman, will stay in the UK to complete her schooling at her boarding school.

Luisa shared a photo from her Maldives vacation, showing her with her mother, Christina, enjoying a beach day.

She explained her upcoming move and the reasons for it in the comments section of her last post.

Kate expressed how thrilled she was that Luisa was moving nearby, sharing a message saying, ‘Have fun relaxing, dear! Looking forward to seeing you in 2026, neighbor!’

Luisa replied: ‘Cannot wait for this! So excited we’re neighbours.’

One of Luisa’s followers was curious about her move and asked if she’d left the UK for the sake of her children or to achieve a better work-life balance. They ended their message with a thank you.

She responded by suggesting we consider our surroundings and realize how much better life could be elsewhere. She felt leaving the UK would improve our safety, quality of life, financial situation, and even the weather, expressing her frustration with the consistently gloomy skies and negative attitudes.

Luisa recently shared details about her challenging relocation to the UAE, which involves bringing five of her horses and two nannies with her family to Dubai.

Luisa recently shared that their move to Dubai has been incredibly hectic. Between finding schools for the kids, transporting their five horses (which was the most challenging part!), packing and shipping everything, and getting visas for their two nannies who are joining them, it’s been a whirlwind!

We’re taking a week to unwind in the Maldives before moving to our new home in Dubai. We’re really excited about starting this new adventure!

Just a quick update on a couple of things I’ve been asked: My podcast with Anna Williamson, LuAnna, will continue as usual. And my mum isn’t moving in with us, but she’s booked several flights to come and visit!

We’ve decided to make Champneys our permanent home. It’s not just for the winter – we plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. Goodbye for now, England!

Luisa’s large home has ten bedrooms and sits on 2.8 acres of land. She employs a team of fifteen people – including gardeners, housekeepers, nannies, and an estate manager – to maintain the property and care for her family.

In March, a reality TV star from The Apprentice had a major disagreement with a YouTuber who attempted to fly a drone over her property.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen my share of boundary issues, but this one is particularly wild! A content creator, who goes by ‘H Audit,’ actually showed up at a mom’s home – a really large property, by the way – because he simply found it online and thought it was pretty! She understandably confronted him about this unexpected visit. It’s a reminder that just because something is visible online doesn’t mean it’s an open invitation.

The argument quickly spread online after Luisa said she would destroy his drone with a shot, and both she and he then accused each other of assault to the police.

She publicly identified the YouTuber on Instagram and then offered £500 to anyone who could provide his address, claiming it would be more cost-effective than hiring lawyers to find it.

Okay, so things got a little interesting recently! I heard from Luisa – she shared with her followers that she’d just visited Harry Styles’ home, and honestly, it sounds like there’s some drama brewing. She hinted that someone – she called them ‘Petty Polly’ – is determined to stir up trouble and won’t let things rest. It’s definitely a ‘watch this space’ kind of situation!

Police cautioned Youtuber Harry Holton after an incident where he confronted people on private property. He participates in a growing online trend called ‘auditing,’ where creators intentionally provoke landowners and security guards to film attention-grabbing, often controversial, videos.

Luisa announced earlier this week that her five horses arrived safely in Dubai. She reportedly spent around £25,000 to transport them by air.

Luisa announced on social media last week that five of her horses were being transported to Dubai as part of a major move for her and her animals.

Luisa announced on Friday that her horses – Cherry, Champ, Clemmie, Oreo, and Jupi – arrived safely after their journey with Fly Equitrans on Emirates Airlines.

It is estimated that Luisa would have paid around £25,000 to fly all of our horses to her new home.

People who have shipped horses from the UK to Dubai have reported on online forums that the cost is about £5,000 per horse.

Shipping a horse by air can be surprisingly expensive. The total cost – which depends on the airline, the route, and whether the horse travels in a private stall or shares one – can reach up to £25,000 for a single animal.

Before her flight, Luisa posted a video showing her horses being led into individual metal stalls. These stalls were then secured and transported by vehicle to the plane for loading.

‘Bon voyage my babies have a safe flight – see you in the sunshine. I love you,’ she wrote.
