Lucy Pinder and Russell Martin are married! Former Page 3 girl and axed Rangers boss tie the knot after more than a year of dating

Lucy Pinder has got married to her boyfriend Russell Martin. 

The 42-year-old former glamour model revealed on Valentine’s Day that she’s married the 40-year-old football manager.

I was so thrilled to see the wedding photo! It’s absolutely lovely – Lucy looked incredible in her short-sleeved white dress. The former Celebrity Big Brother star really found someone special, and they looked so happy together!

The model embraced the former Southampton manager and kissed him after they exchanged wedding vows.

Lucy and Russell became publicly known as a couple in August 2024 when Lucy supported Russell at his honorary degree ceremony at the University of Brighton.

Oh my gosh, everyone was totally saying they’d gotten super close lately, like, really close. And the word on the street was they were head-over-heels for each other! Seriously, ‘smitten’ doesn’t even begin to cover it!

According to a source, the couple is perfectly suited for each other – they’ve really fallen for each other, especially since meeting in Southampton.

Russell split from his ex-wife Jasmine in 2023 who he shares three children with. 

The wedding represents a new beginning for Russell, following his dismissal from Rangers in October after a difficult start with the team.

After a 1-1 tie at Falkirk, the manager was fired, which angered fans and caused a disturbance. Police had to help him leave the stadium safely.

Rangers announced Russell Martin’s departure with a short statement that evening, confirming he was no longer the team’s head coach.

Martin managed just one win in seven league games and lost both of his Europa League matches, leading to his dismissal. When he left, his team was eighth in the league standings.

Only a day after losing his job, Martin was seen at Loch Lomond with Lucy, swimming and seemingly relaxed despite the pressure he’d faced in Glasgow.

Sources say the couple appeared cheerful and in good spirits while enjoying a romantic afternoon by the water.

Russell’s career included playing for Norwich City, and later for Rangers, Walsall, and Milton Keynes Dons.

I’ve always been a big Southampton supporter, and I used to attend a lot of their events. That’s actually how I first got to know Russell – we became friends over time through our shared connection to the club.

The model, originally from Hampshire, started her career after a photographer spotted her while she was at Bournemouth beach.

She first became well-known as a Page Three girl and was often featured in men’s magazines like Nuts and Loaded. She was also named one of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World three times by Loaded magazine.

In 2009, she was a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother’s sixth season, but she was voted off first.

Oh my gosh, I remember when I first saw her! It was in this amazing, totally underrated movie called Strippers vs Werewolves back in 2012 – her first ever film role! After that, she started popping up in a bunch of other movies, usually not the lead lead, but she was always fantastic, even with smaller parts. I made sure to watch everything she was in, of course!

In 2017, she appeared in the TV movie Sharknado 5: Global Swarming, a science fiction comedy about a disaster involving sharks.
