Lucy Mecklenburgh made it clear that her passion for wellness and physical fitness remains undiminished, as she flaunted her toned figure on Thursday.

A fitness-focused mom of two showcased her sculpted, sleek figure in a vibrant red swimsuit, walking her Instagram audience through another stylish video tutorial.

33-year-old Lucy displayed a sleek midriff while wearing denim shorts, a lightweight floral robe, and a swimsuit, prior to embarking on her daily activities.

To complete her seasonal style, she added a pair of reddish-tinted sunshades. Meanwhile, a maroon-woven bag reinforced the predominant color palette.

The Instagram update followed Lucy sharing about ‘one of her life’s most emotional weeks’ in a heartfelt TikTok clip.

As an over-the-moon fan, I can hardly contain my excitement as I recount the heartwarming scene unfolding before the ex-TOWIE star and her beloved partner Ryan Thomas, alongside their cherished offspring, bid adieu to their home brimming with memories. They’re preparing for a brand new chapter in life, moving to a fresh property nestled in the heart of Manchester.

11 years back, I proudly acquired this very house, standing tall and majestic as a lone wolf. But now, my dear abode, it seems we must expand to accommodate our growing brood, just like a loving den that expands with its family of cubs.

Removing pictures from her daughter’s room and packing up the furniture left the ex-TV personality in tears, confessing that she hadn’t anticipated this process would be so deeply emotional.

This past week was incredibly emotional for me as it marked the end of a 11-year chapter in my life – moving out of a place that had been my home. To be honest, I didn’t anticipate feeling so emotional about it, but the reality of leaving hit me hard.

‘That’s how we spent out half term, actually the kids had the best time’. 

She mentioned: “We felt a combination of feelings since we surpassed the need for this house years ago, having relocated to Manchester already. We’re genuinely content now. Yet, there are numerous cherished moments I still hold onto within these walls.

Initially, I was unattached, embarking on my initial significant home renovation. It marked the first substantial dwelling for me following my departure from my parents’ house.

After returning my newborns from the hospital, there’s an indescribable feeling about this place that makes me feel deeply attached to it and unable to imagine moving away.

Over time, we managed to make things function, but it was undeniably too small. It lacked sufficient bedrooms and storage space for our needs.

She added that, although she wept, the family was undeniably correct in their choice, and it was now the appropriate moment for them to depart.

‘Seeing the rooms empty, is just the bit that made me cry,’ she added.

The television celebrity is the parent of four-year-old son Roman and two-year-old daughter Lilah, who is a former actor from Coronation Street.

The actor is not just an actor; he’s also a father to his 16-year-old daughter Scarlett, who is his sole child with his ex-partner and previous acting partner, Tina O’Brien.
