Love nest upgrade! Brad Pitt gives his $12million LA mansion a palm tree paradise makeover for live-in girlfriend Ines de Ramon

Recent photos published by the Daily Mail show Brad Pitt is renovating his $12 million Los Angeles home to give it a resort-like feel.

New photos from above reveal that the Oscar-winning actor has redesigned the outdoor space at his Hollywood Hills home, which he shares with his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon. He’s replaced the usual landscaping with rows of palm trees.

Brad Pitt and his partner have quickly transformed the large, Spanish-style home – which has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms – into a private retreat, and they’re already making it their own.

From above, you can see the pool is surrounded by tall palm trees, offering privacy and a glamorous, resort-like feel. This is a big change from the property’s older, more conventional landscaping.

He updated the backyard by swapping out the old sun shades for new outdoor furniture, including a modern dining set placed near the pool.

This change represents a significant new direction for the Formula 1 driver, whose net worth is around $400 million. He completed the purchase on August 5, 2025, a day made especially poignant by the passing of his mother, Jane Pitt, who was 84 years old.

The house previously owned by Dave Keuning, The Killers’ lead guitarist, has been completely renovated since Brad Pitt moved in, and he’s giving it a new style.

Brad Pitt, who turned 62 on December 18th, has been dating Ines de Ramon since late 2022. They’ve been seen spending time together at Pitt’s home in Los Feliz, which is close to where his estranged wife, Angelina Jolie, and their six children live.

The situation changed suddenly in June 2025 when the property was burglarized. This led Pitt to sell it and move permanently to his new, safer home.

With its tall palm trees, updated patio furniture, and resort-style backyard, this house feels like the perfect place for the couple to put down roots and make a lasting home.

Edward Norton bought the house for less than its original asking price of $13.99 million, as initially listed by the previous owners, Dave and Emilie, in June, according to the Wall Street Journal.

This home, situated in the Outpost Estates neighborhood, boasts beautiful views of both lively Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.

The kitchen has up-to-date appliances and a modern design with marble countertops and backsplash.

A large island sits in the center of the kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the open living room.

Upstairs, a spacious balcony overlooks the backyard and swimming pool, offering residents a relaxing outdoor space.

Besides the swimming area, there’s an outdoor space with a barbecue, kitchen, comfortable couch, and lounge chairs.

A brick pathway leads to the front door of the large mansion, built in 1989 and spanning 8,385 square feet.

Several rooms in the house feature arched ceilings, and one bathroom boasts marble finishes for an elegant look.

The home features beautiful wood floors and a curved hallway that opens into a spacious living room with a fireplace.
