Love Island’s Laura Anderson ‘splits from footballer boyfriend Clark Robertson’ after 18 months together

Laura Anderson has reportedly split from her boyfriend Clark Robertson after 18 months together.

The former Love Island contestant, age 36, and the Dundee footballer, 32, have reportedly broken up after attempting to reconcile for several months.

Laura and Clarke have ended their relationship. A source revealed that it was a tough decision, as they care deeply for each other but ultimately recognized they weren’t compatible.

Laura’s last social media post with Clark was on February 21 after a spa break.

She traveled to Dubai with her daughter, Bonnie, who is two years old, earlier this month. Bonnie’s father is her ex-partner, Gary Lucy, and she made the trip without Clark.

Daily Mail has contacted representatives of Laura Anderson for comment.

Last December, Laura discussed the challenges and joys of Christmas with blended families, and shared that her relationship with Clark was progressing nicely.

She told The Sun that the holiday season can be difficult, especially for blended families, and often brings emotional challenges.

I never anticipated this situation, or how to handle it. Having a child, then meeting someone who also has kids… it’s definitely been challenging, and it hasn’t always been easy.

Laura shared that her relationship with Clark is thriving and they’ve never been more content.

Things are going great for us right now, actually better than ever. We’re really looking forward to having the kids together for Christmas, as they all get along so well.

You know, I’ve been hearing a lot about blended families lately, and it’s so heartwarming to see it done well. A friend of mine recently shared how much she appreciates her partner – he’s a dad to two wonderful kids from before they met, and she’s just incredibly grateful for how supportive he is as a father. It really highlights the importance of positive co-parenting and building a strong family unit, no matter how it’s formed.

Laura previously opened up to Daily Mail about family life.

She expressed her joy with her family life, and playfully mused about the future, possibly including another baby. She also mentioned wanting to change the ring she wears, clarifying it wasn’t an engagement ring, but reiterated her overall happiness with her family.

We recently visited Paris, and everyone kept asking if my partner and I were going to get engaged. While we were there, we actually saw someone propose, but it wasn’t to me!

‘But when it’s meant to be, maybe somewhere other than the city of love though.’

The television personality recently shared that she enjoys being a WAG, saying she finds watching Clark play football incredibly attractive.

She used to dislike watching the sport, but after falling in love with Clark and understanding how it’s played, her feelings changed.

Laura recently shared with The Sun that she now considers herself a ‘WAG’ – a wife or girlfriend of a footballer – and surprisingly, she’s actually become a fan of the sport, something she wasn’t interested in before.

It honestly just brought back memories of my dad always controlling the TV when I was a kid, and I never getting a chance to watch my favorite shows.

I’ve actually started enjoying going to the games. I find him really attractive when he’s playing – he’s so assertive and takes charge on the field, which is different from his everyday personality. He’s usually really laid-back, but during the game he’s constantly directing everyone, and I’m always thinking, ‘What’s all that about?’
