Love Island’s Eden Dally Unveils Life-Changing Smile Makeover: ‘I Was Never Happy’
Love Island Australia’s Eden Dally has shared insights into his battles with self-esteem, explaining the true motivation for his significant changes in dental appearance.
At the age of 33, this well-known personality from reality television, renowned for his tough demeanor, confessed that he had experienced profound insecurity regarding his teeth. This insecurity prompted him to go through a comprehensive transformation of his smile.
Eden shared with Daily Mail Australia that they had their teeth worked on, as for a long time they weren’t satisfied with their appearance.
As someone deeply involved in the television world, I found myself displeased with my misaligned gap and chipped teeth. For every promotional photoshoot, commercial, or social media post, I was consistently requested to flash a wide grin—something I rarely felt comfortable doing.
Previously crowned Love Island contestant admitted that his self-consciousness about his teeth was profound, leading him to make considerable efforts to conceal them in photographs.
‘If you look on my socials, there is not one photo you will find of me smiling!’ he admitted.

Eden’s choice to improve his teeth through the skilled hands of Dr. Meng Quah-Shepherd, a well-known cosmetic dentist, marked a significant change in his life.
‘Now, I can’t stop smiling,’ he said.
I’ve gained confidence to flash a smile in pictures and recordings without any lingering self-doubts. Previously, I felt less than attractive whenever I smiled due to my chipped, uneven teeth, but now I can’t help but grin widely.
‘This was life-changing for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.’
Eden, mother to Boston alongside her partner Cyrell Paule, aspires that their story might encourage those grappling with self-confidence challenges.
‘Confidence starts with feeling good about yourself,’ he said.
‘And for me, fixing my smile was a big part of that journey.’
This isn’t Eden’s first time undergoing a transformation.
Earlier last year, the correctional officer had a hair restoration procedure done at Hair Doctors Australia in December 2021, following a period of nearly three years where he felt self-conscious due to his thinning hairline.
