Love Island star reveals terrifying moment she was forced to run screaming after being followed by a man: ‘I’m scared to walk around’
A contestant from Love Island shared an account of an alarming incident where she had to flee in fear, pursued relentlessly by an individual.
Patsy Field openly shared on social media about a frightening event involving fans, expressing her newfound unease about living in her neighborhood due to these incidents.
Previously residing on an island, the individual aged 30 shared with followers her evening stroll through Bromley around 8:00 PM, which followed her participation in last year’s summer installment of ITV’s dating program.
In the video, she described her post-dinner stroll following a hearty meal at Miller and Carter, as she was feeling quite content with the steak.
She mentioned that she was wearing an outfit that might be considered somewhat revealing, but as she had pointed out, she hadn’t faced any problems with it in the past.

‘I’ve always felt safe where I’m from.’
Patsy shared that her mother often advises against walking alone at night, as the neighborhood has a reputation for being unsafe.
Approximately 10 minutes into her walk, Patsy noticed a man walking nearby, so she decided to cross the street.
In another part of the street, she had taken a few strides and suddenly thought, “Let me see,” so she turned back, only to find that he had already crossed over.
Patsy expressed her willingness to keep an open mind as there were vehicles parked on that particular side of the road.
However, in disbelief, the man once again crossed the road after she had moved back.
In a state of panic, Patsy paused her steps and peered at her mobile device as the man continued walking by her.
As I follow along, every step feels like a milestone, for I am approaching the final stretch. Right before me lies a zebra crossing, waiting to mark my destination at the very end of this road.
As he reaches the zebra crossing, he vanishes from view momentarily, but instead of continuing on, he suddenly halts and spins around, resuming his walk towards me.
‘I’m like what the f**k is going on.’
When the man approached Patsy, she became alarmed and started shouting for assistance while fleeing in the opposite way.
The reality star rang her mother who was able to come and pick her up.
She confessed that currently, she feels hesitant to explore her familiar neighborhood, which is unfortunate since there haven’t been any problems for her here in the past.
On Love Island, Patsy disclosed that she was born with Erb’s palsy, a condition that impacts the muscular functioning of her right arm, making it smaller in size compared to the other.
Instead of being delivered naturally as intended by doctors, who unfortunately made a critical mistake, she was born naturally and this error led to a birth defect that she has had to cope with throughout her life. However, she managed to overcome it.
