Jamie Jewitt, known from Love Island, has revealed his amazing physical transformation. He achieved this by completely changing his lifestyle after struggling with several health problems five years ago.
The 34-year-old reality TV star, known from a 2017 ITV show, shared a before-and-after photo collage on Instagram.
Jamie posted some old photos from December 2020 showing him with a noticeable belly, and revealed he was dealing with several health problems at the time, including digestive issues, arthritis, low testosterone, and depression.
The dad of two shared that he used to make fun of himself to deal with his insecurities about his body, but eventually he managed to change his mindset and improve his situation.
In a recent video, Jamie showed off a noticeably slimmer and more muscular physique, including visible abs. He flexed for the camera and shared his intention to help others achieve similar results.
He shared that problems like digestive issues, pain, and joint problems aren’t simply things you have to accept as you get older. He admitted he used to make excuses for his own discomfort, which led to feeling increasingly unhappy both mentally and physically.

I’m not concerned about getting older – in fact, I feel fantastic! My joint pain, digestive problems, and depression are all things of the past. I’m now clear-headed, focused, and feel much more energetic.
People were amazed by his incredible change and quickly shared their support in the comments, with messages like ‘You should be proud!’ and ‘He’s back!’
These are expressions of enthusiastic praise and encouragement. People are saying things like “You look amazing!”, “Well done!”, and “Keep up the great work!” – acknowledging a remarkable transformation and effort.
Jamie revealed that a boxing match with Dan Osborne motivated him to start focusing on his health and fitness.
Dan from TOWIE won a charity boxing match against Jamie in October 2021, and Jamie has now said the experience was a much-needed turning point for him.
The model, who has three children with his wife Camilla Thurlow – whom he met on the ITV show – explained that becoming a father led him to prioritize his family over his own health leading up to the fight.
He told The Sun he wasn’t ready for his fight with Dan. He admitted he’d always enjoyed boxing, but this time he was out of shape, had gained weight, and made poor choices like drinking alcohol during training. He now realizes he wasn’t taking the fight seriously enough.
Losing my first boxing match was really disappointing at the time, but looking back, I realize I deserved the loss and I’m actually grateful for the experience.

You know, after a tough loss in the ring, it really made me re-evaluate things. I’d been neglecting my nutrition for a while, letting it slip down the priority list. But that fight was a wake-up call – it pushed me to make some serious, healthy changes to my lifestyle, and I’m feeling fantastic because of it.
He openly admitted to gaining weight – about five stone – since his time on Love Island, where he first met Camilla, resulting in a physique he jokingly referred to as a ‘dad bod’.
Looking back, becoming a parent was the biggest turning point in my life. Before, I always prioritized my own needs and well-being, but that all shifted when my child arrived. It’s amazing how much things change when someone else becomes your absolute focus!
As someone who’s always prioritized fitness, I found that becoming a new parent really threw my eating habits off. Honestly, when you’re juggling everything, it’s just so easy to fall back on quick and convenient foods – that’s where I definitely struggled!
The couple shared the happy news that they were expecting a baby in May 2020, and in October of that year, they welcomed their daughter, Nell.
Jamie proposed to Nell in February 2021 with a sweet gesture: he dressed their child in an adorable onesie that asked, “Mommy, will you marry my daddy?”
They got married in September 2021 at Gosfield Hall in Essex, and their co-star Marcel Somerville was there to celebrate with them.
They shared the news of their second pregnancy in December and welcomed their daughter, Nora, in May 2022.
Camilla and Jamie had their third child, a son named Brodie, on May 8, 2024, and announced the news on Instagram.
