Love Island star Arabella Chi reveals she kept exercising right up until giving birth at 39 weeks pregnant and admits she wants more kids with boyfriend Billy Henty

Arabella Chi disclosed that she continued working out until her delivery at 39 weeks of pregnancy, and furthermore, expressed a desire to have additional children with her partner, Billy Henty.

The Love Island star, 34, welcomed her baby daughter Gigi with businessman Billy in May.

Passionate about fitness, Arabella shared that she continued working out at the gym even during pregnancy.

In a Q&A session on Instagram on Tuesday, a fan inquired about Arabella’s ability to return to the gym or cardio workouts after giving birth: “Do you have any limitations in resuming your gym/cardio routine post-pregnancy?

She continued to exercise until exactly 39 weeks of pregnancy, which means she worked out almost right up until her delivery. After that, she allowed her body a whole month of rest. At the six-week mark, she began light training like pilates, and her doctor gave her the go-ahead.

‘I’ve been quite fortunate to resume training quickly. To be honest, I haven’t done much high-intensity cardio; instead, I mainly go for long walks with Astro. I don’t believe my body is ready for Barry’s intense workouts just yet.’

Arabella also opened up about her feelings regarding having more children.

Regarding having more children in the future, Arabella stated with certainty: “Absolutely, 100%. Although it’s not something we’ve actively considered yet, we’ve always expressed a desire for more than one child. For now, though, our focus is mainly on taking care of little Gigi.

I can’t help but gush over how heaven-sent she is, a divine trinity that makes our threesome even more magical with sweet little Astro around. We’re simply cherishing this blissful journey together!

Arabella also revealed her family is set for another major life change. 

Next month, I’ll be packing up and heading off to Dubai! Things are shifting quite a bit right now, but the excitement of starting this new adventure has me buzzing. I can hardly wait to find my footing and savor every moment of this fresh life in Dubai.

Recently, Arabella shared that her boyfriend Billy has developed an unprecedented level of admiration for her, as she bravely persevered through a 16-hour labor to bring forth their first child.

In an interview with OK! magazine, she shared details about her childbirth, expressing that the moment her daughter was born, everything became clear. She explained how Billy wept, as did she, and so did everyone else present. Later on, he told her, “I’ve gained a whole new level of admiration for you.

Despite enduring sixteen grueling hours of labor, people often overlook this fact and instead perceive the experience as somehow glamorous based on a single image. In reality, I was drenched in sweat, utterly drained, and at times found myself gasping to my mother, “I have no more strength left to push.

She mentioned: “For two full weeks, we were wrapped up in our own little cocoon with the baby. It was incredibly heartwarming. Watching Billy in his role as a father has only deepened my affection for our small family.

The model has been providing her Instagram audience with insights and recently posted a series of photos showcasing various snapshots of herself, Gigi, and Billy while they adapt to their new family lifestyle.

As a devoted mother, I embraced my little one, Gigi, at our humble abode, creating a cozy nest for us as we embarked on our family journey together.

Arabella additionally posted pictures from her lunch dates with Gigi, and she added a caption saying: ‘Enamored by this small life [heart emoji].’

On Instagram Stories, the model expressed gratitude for the lovely messages, stating that the last 11 days have been the most enchanting and memorable of her life.
