Love Island producers are strongly considering bringing Whitney Adebayo back for a special All Stars edition of the show, according to sources at Daily Mail.
Whitney, a 28-year-old from London, is currently involved in a legal dispute with her former partner, Lochan Nowacki, whom she met while filming the ITV2 dating show in 2023.
The loved-up couple were the favourites to win the show but finished runners-up.
Whitney and Lochan ended their two-year relationship in April. Shortly after, Whitney claimed on TikTok that Lochan had used a racist slur, specifically saying he called her skin ‘dirty’.
Lochan began a defamation lawsuit against her in August, and they’ve been involved in a difficult legal dispute ever since.
Oh my god, you guys, Whitney is going BACK! I seriously can’t even breathe! Apparently, after everything with Lochan – and honestly, it was brutal to watch, the messiest breakup ever on the show, I swear – the Love Island people asked her to be on All Stars. And she said YES! She basically thought, ‘Why not?’ after everything she’s been through. I’m SO ready for this, it’s going to be epic!

She last visited the villa with Lochan, and being there with someone new is likely her way of moving on and creating fresh memories.
Executives are thrilled about her potential return and are close to finalizing a deal, with Whitney prepared to sign. This clearly shows where their support lies.
Millie Court and Whitney are the first two contestants confirmed for the new series, Love Island: All Stars. They’ll both be returning to the villa after Millie recently ended her relationship with Liam Reardon.
Maya Jama hosts the ITV2 show where former Love Island contestants get another opportunity to find romance. Following the success of last season’s winners, Molly Smith and Tom Clare—who are now engaged—many past contestants are eager to return.
The Islanders are expected to jet to South Africa for filming in January.
ITV has been contacted for comment.
Whitney and Lochan revealed in April that they had ended their relationship. Whitney suggested it was Lochan’s choice, sharing that she was heartbroken.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the drama surrounding two former reality TV contestants, and it’s become clear things have taken a turn for the worse. After appearing as runners-up on a popular show last year, it seems a serious issue has caused a rift between them. Apparently, Whitney publicly accused her ex-partner of racism, and that’s understandably created a lot of tension.

Last month, Whitney shared a TikTok video featuring two photos. The first showed her in a pink bikini with the caption, ‘You look happier.’ The second photo included the message, ‘Thanks! I finally love my skin – the skin he used to criticize.’
After a video of the incident spread online and was eventually removed, Whitney used TikTok to address the accusations, stating he was ‘insulted’ by the claim that he is racist.
Lochan is reportedly suing Whitney in court, claiming defamation and spreading false information. A source told The Sun that the legal action has been filed in the High Court against his ex-partner.
Lochan has reportedly hired the law firm Brandsmiths, known for previously representing David Walliams in his legal case against the producers of Britain’s Got Talent last year.
A representative for Whitney stated she is certain she acted appropriately and will strongly dispute any accusations made by Lochan.
After Whitney made her claims, Lochan shared a TikTok video saying he was deeply hurt and upset by the allegations. He explained he felt he had to respond to the situation.
Let me tell you what he said happened. He explained that the whole disagreement started during a simple walk. Apparently, he felt she was showing off her manicure and, in doing so, accidentally put her nails very close to his face – he described it as ‘in my face’ – and that’s when things escalated.
He explained that she irritatingly held her hands near his face, boasting about how clean they were while implying his weren’t. He responded by simply agreeing with her statement: “No, they’re not.”

Lochan explained he simply reacted because her hands were close to his face, and it wasn’t a thought-out comment. He said she was shocked and accused him of calling her dirty.
I was really surprised and hurt when my girlfriend accused me of being racist. It especially stung because I love her, she knows me well, and she knows I would never intentionally say anything like that.
First, I want to be clear: I would never call someone’s skin dirty, and I find that suggestion incredibly upsetting.
He explained he was extremely upset and that the day was very emotional for both of them. He recalled that during their argument, Whitney accused him of being a racist, saying, ‘The world is gonna see you for the racist that you are’.
Shortly after Lochan denied using a racial slur, Whitney responded by posting a video on social media directly addressing the situation and confronting her ex-partner.
Turning to Lochan, she asked, with disbelief, “Are we seriously doing this? Are we really going with that sweet, innocent act?”
Whitney continued explaining what happened. They were walking back to his place after lunch, and she noticed the way the sun was hitting her skin. She playfully pointed it out to him, saying something like, “Look how my skin is glistening!”
He reacted by saying it was disgusting, and only after I got angry did he claim he was joking. He even started crying and repeatedly told my family it was all a joke.

Lochan always seems so friendly and good-natured that people would never think he’d intentionally be hurtful. But you all know I enjoy dark humor, and I can easily tell the difference between a genuine statement and something meant as a joke, even if someone tries to backtrack and claim it was just a joke.
Whitney also shared that she had faced subtle, often unintentional acts of discrimination during the relationship, and accused her former partner of appropriating elements of her culture.
According to Urban Dictionary, the term refers to someone or a company that profits by dishonestly exploiting a culture they don’t respect.
She explained that Lochan is very interested in culture and quickly noticed his audience is mainly Black. As a result, he’s consistently making an effort to connect with that culture.
He used to criticize my family’s culture, calling it unsophisticated and overbearing. Now, he won’t even let us attend his sister’s events, worried we’ll overshadow her.
