A contestant from Love Island has opted for plastic surgery and unveiled the outcome of her recent rhinoplasty, a procedure aimed at rectifying unsatisfactory nose fillers she previously admitted were her biggest regret.

28-year-old Tanyel Revan, known for appearing on ITV’s winter series in 2023, shared the result of something on Instagram with her 265,000 followers.

She shared a video syncing her lip movements to Ariana Grande’s hit 7 Rings, mimicking the words: “I spot it, I love it, I want it, I own it.

Initially, following her surgery, the television personality recorded herself wrapped up, then later took off the bandages and enthusiastically indicated towards her freshly altered nose.

I jokingly noted in my post, “A new nose, a new me,” while tagging the clinic in Turkey where I underwent the procedure.

In a recent episode of her podcast “I’m Right, He’s Ron,” which she co-hosts with Love Islander Ron Hall, she initially disclosed the reasons behind undergoing the procedure.

Tanyel shared: “Although I can’t quite express it as exciting, I’ll be undergoing surgery soon. Tonight, I’ll be on my way, and honestly, I’d say I’m not exactly nervous, but more… apprehensive.

I plan to return with a confident and strong appearance. I’m really excited, almost impatiently so. However, I am feeling anxious because I hope things will go well since it’s something that is important to me.

Essentially, I’m planning to get a non-surgical nose reshaping procedure, often referred to as a ‘closed rhinoplasty’, as opposed to the traditional one where an incision is made.

She further elaborated: “My nose isn’t something I detest; quite the contrary, I cherish it. For some time now, I’ve been considering getting a rhinoplasty for various motives.

The reason behind my decision was that about two years ago, I opted for a nose filler procedure. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the biggest regrets in my life. Therefore, it wasn’t about the professional I chose for the procedure.

4. They were nothing short of remarkable; they did a splendid job. My initial reaction upon seeing it was one of complete satisfaction, and it was simply lovely to experience.

5. They exceeded all expectations; they did an outstanding job. From the outset, I couldn’t help but feel completely content with it, and it was just enchanting.

If you happened to catch my episode on Love Island, you might notice that my nose appears a bit more sharp or pointed.

At first, it was beautiful, but a few months down the line, unexpectedly, the material began to expand rapidly and spread far and wide.

Tanyel emphatically asserted, “I truly assure you, I’ve developed a new broadness here, something I’ve never experienced before. It’s become apparent to me that my nose isn’t the same as it used to be.

Even though my normal nose didn’t resemble that shape initially, it somehow began to expand. I tried to remove it a few times, but it hasn’t disappeared yet.

As it expanded more and more, becoming increasingly broad and level, it greatly troubled me. I deeply regret ever interacting with it.

To ensure the best results with nose filler, I believe it’s essential to be transparent and straightforward about the procedure. Unlike lip fillers, the placement of nose filler can sometimes be more unpredictable.

In the year 2023, Tanyel became engaged to her real estate-developing sweetheart, Ediz, after a heartwarming yacht proposal filled with romance.

During a charming getaway to Turkey, the television personality agreed to marry her attractive companion when he proposed on bended knee.

10 months have passed since she appeared on the 2023 winter season of Love Island South Africa, without finding romance there.

Shortly following her departure from the villa, she encountered Ediz. Since then, their relationship has been growing stronger and stronger.

I couldn’t help but feel my heart pounding in awe as I donned a breathtaking, ethereal white lace gown for our enchanting proposal boat ride. Every curve of my body was accentuated, making me feel more radiant than ever. Tanyel shared with The Sun about her engagement: “It was absolutely wild! This seems to be the fastest engagement following Love Island, and it’s just completely insane – yet incredibly thrilling.

Without a doubt, my response was affirmative. The excitement coursed through me like a torrent. I simply couldn’t contain myself; it felt unreal. My heart raced, and yet, there it was – the yes that I had been waiting for. My ring is crafted from yellow gold, a choice perfectly in line with my preferences. The clarity of the stone is nothing short of astounding, truly amazing!

She added: “I’m absolutely thrilled! It feels right. I had a sense that this was approaching, I could feel it was the perfect moment. When one knows, one knows. There’s simply no other option for me.

Tanyel and Ediz initially became a couple at the age of 20, but their relationship fizzled out. However, their connection was rekindled after Tanyel departed from Love Island.

Initially, she hinted at being in a fresh romance back in March, casually mentioning it during the reunion show when she disclosed that she was seeing someone.

After departing from the villa, Tanyel has resumed her daily routine and is back to work at her hair salon situated in North London.

On Love Island, Tanyel had a brief pairing with Kai Fagan. However, it was Sanam Harrinanan who eventually won the show alongside him.
