Phoebe confessed that, in an effort to find guidance amidst her heartache, she started seeking break-up advice on TikTok since she wasn’t sure how to handle the situation.
She went on, expressing her feelings of suffocation and loneliness: “It’s as if I can’t get enough air, and I never imagined myself in this position, weeping alone, conversing with just me or my TikTok account. Who am I?”
“Perhaps it might lift my spirits. To be honest, these past eight days have been the most difficult ones I’ve ever experienced.”
In her caption, Phoebe mentioned that she had been hesitant about whether or not she would publish the sensitive video. However, she ultimately chose to make it public as it can be challenging for her to reach out to friends and relatives when she’s feeling down.
“If your relationship ended amicably, or if it was a difficult split but things aren’t terribly bitter,” she continued sadly.

Meanwhile, Phoebe posted her own break-up message to Instagram at the exact same time.
She penned, “To my surprise, I never imagined myself in this position, but regrettably, Mitch and I have parted ways.”

After announcing the news, Mitch uploaded a selfie he took outside amidst the rain, expressing gratitude to those who reached out to him and stating that the level of support he received was beyond belief.
