Love Island Australia star Zac Nunns reveals shock new career move after giving up influencing: ‘I felt dirty’

Oh, my dear Zac Nunns! What a breath of fresh air this young man is in the world of reality stars. After his stint on Love Island, he could have easily jumped onto the influencer bandwagon and cashed in on brand deals left, right, and center. But no, our Zac has chosen a more genuine path.

Love Island alum Zac Nunns is choosing to focus more on genuine connections rather than lavish endorsement opportunities, after his time on the reality show.

2023 saw a 26-year-old star rise to fame on Channel Nine’s dating show; now, this individual is chasing a new path as a fitness professional in Melbourne, Australia.

On a Wednesday, a celebrity who has good genes publicly shared that he doesn’t wish to devote himself as a full-time influencer. He mentioned the stress of endorsing items that contradict his personal principles as the reason for this decision.

In an open conversation, Zac expressed that he prefers not to let others’ branding control the way he impacts or influences people.

I aim to share a message that resonates with my values and benefits others. Unfortunately, I hastily published some advertisements right after the show which didn’t reflect my true self, leaving me feeling dishonest later on.

I believe it’s important for my influence not to steer people towards purchasing items I don’t personally use, which unfortunately seems common among many influencers.

Instead of pursuing social media stardom like several reality TV celebrities, Zac has opted to focus on his academic goals, working towards becoming a certified personal trainer.

Currently, he’s passing along his knowledge about health and fitness to his followers, providing them with useful suggestions for adopting a balanced lifestyle.

He recommends increasing incidental exercise, explaining: ‘Take the stairs instead of the escalator or park further away from the supermarket.’

Additionally, Zac emphasized the significance of incorporating a reliable protein source into each meal for promoting muscle development and maintaining a balanced weight.

‘Ensure each meal has at least three of the five food groups,’ he continued.

Apart from that, he likewise elaborated on the advantages of resistance training. In other words, he suggested dedicating 2-3 workouts per week to foster muscle development, reduce body fat, and enhance one’s general wellbeing.

It’s also important to ‘drink 2-3 litres of water daily for better skin, muscle health, and organ function.’

Besides, Zac clarified the advantages of having a full night’s rest, which includes staying away from screens before sleeping and engaging in relaxing activities such as writing in a diary or reading instead.

He continued: ‘Plan your meals the night before to avoid unhealthy temptations.’

Zac mentioned that if you’re unsure about organizing these modifications, a personal trainer could assist you in establishing achievable objectives and ensuring your progress.

Following the latest installment of The Trent and Zac Show podcast, Zac decided to share details about his complex connection with fellow Love Island cast member Lucinda Strafford.

It came to light that their relationship finished when he found out Lucinda was talking to another man while they were spending time together.

Zac expressed, “I ended things with her as it’s become overwhelming… Actions like these aren’t characteristic of someone truly caring for me.

Daily Mail Australia does not suggest Lucinda was unfaithful to Zac.

Focusing primarily on wellness and self-improvement, Zac demonstrates that post-Love Island existence needn’t center around Instagram endorsements and instant wealth.

Instead, he’s prioritising a career that aligns with his values – one rep at a time.
