Love Island Australia is returning to screens and it’s gearing up to be a ‘sinful’ outing.
A sneak peek at the next season of the popular reality show dropped on Monday, hinting at plenty of scandalous moments and exciting drama.
In the preview, Sophie Monk, who has hosted the show for years, was the main focus, wearing white while explaining the guidelines for finding love.
Don’t manipulate, deceive, or make others doubt their sanity,” the 45-year-old stated, as angelic music played in the background.
‘No breadcrumbing, benching or love-bombing. Never stalk your ex’s socials ever.’
Honestly, the music just *stopped* mid-song, and I saw Sophie’s face completely change. She looked so confused, and just blurted out, ‘Wait, what? No…’ It was a really unexpected moment, and you could tell she was totally thrown off.

Honestly, I was completely captivated when she dismissed all the stuffy rules as ‘boring’ and then, just like that, tasted something she wasn’t supposed to. It was the signal for a total transformation! One minute she was adhering to everything, and the next she materialized in this stunning, red dress – barely there, really – with a snake casually draped around her shoulders. It was exactly the rebellious energy I was waiting for, and she just *owned* it.
She described the new series as intensely passionate, and previews showed the contestants giving in to strong desires.
‘More hookups, more heat and way more twists.’
Ending the teaser, she said: ‘Thou shall be very wicked.’
To add to the excitement for Love Island viewers, the accompanying caption made it clear that the next season promises to be unmissable.
‘Thou shalt gird thy loins for the most sinful season of Love Island Australia ever!’
Sophie has been working on a reality TV show lately, recently hosting the seventh season of Love Island USA Aftersun while in Fiji.
Now that filming for the Peacock series is finished, Sophie shared photos and updates on Instagram in July showing her last days on set.

She posted several short videos, including one of the Bachelorette star relaxing in a canoe while wearing a cardigan over her head.
“You were born for this!” her husband, Joshua Gross, said from nearby, as she took on the challenge.
Sophie then explained that she was improvising with the outerwear, given she didn’t bring a hat.
‘It’s not just the hat, it’s the whole vibe,’ Joshua replied.
The new series, a companion to the popular dating show, streams on Stan in Australia. It features Sophie interviewing both recently eliminated contestants and Islanders from previous seasons in a talk show format.
She took over hosting duties from Maura Higgins, who previously competed on both the UK and US versions of Love Island.
Love Island Australia will premiere later this year.
