Gabby Allen openly considers the possibility of reconciling with her former boyfriend, Marcel Somerville, as they prepare to meet again in Love Island: All Stars.

The popular fitness personality, aged 32, asserts that it’s been six years since she last encountered the Blazin’ Squad member, now 39 years old. Their association came to an end shortly following their participation in the 2017 series, with Marcel being unfaithful to her towards the end of their relationship.

However, following the infidelity that led to the end of his previous marriage with Rebecca Vieira, it’s possible that the boyband favorite has grown from his past errors and become mature enough for a second chance with Gabby.

Prior to her comeback on ITV2, Gabby expressed to TopMob that she’s an ardent “Love Island” enthusiast and finds everyone to be quite attractive.

In a broader sense, both on-stage and off, I strive to maintain an open personality. It’s not just about appearances for me when it comes to relationships; I yearn for something deeper. Given my advanced age, there are specific qualities I seek in a partner. I intend to be receptive to anyone who truly connects with me.

To Marcel, she noted: “Clearly, there’s an unspoken issue concerning our past relationship, as there’s a chance his presence might reappear, but it’s been six years since we last saw each other.

It’s been a while now, there’s no need to hold grudges, things are as they are. I’m not sure if he’ll return or not, I’m unsure how to even begin preparing for such an event… In essence, I’m mentally bracing myself for the possibility that he might reappear, and if he does, I’ll deal with it when the time comes.

I’m hoping we can chat and, ideally, move past everything that happened so we might be able to develop a friendship again.

We’ve built a strong connection over time… Our past encounter left quite an impression on us. With that in mind, let’s capitalize on the good aspects from that experience, and perhaps we can forge a friendship or something similar moving forward.

Despite Marcel having cheated on Gabby during their vacation in Mexico, and although he is legally married but in the process of getting divorced, this fact won’t prevent a potential romance from developing between them.

Gabby shared that she was genuinely thrilled for him, as it had been quite some time since this event was likely to transpire. Given his age, it seemed only natural that this occurrence would eventually take place.

It’s quite challenging to decipher the details of what took place, which is why I’d like to discuss it with him as well. I sincerely hope that if he was involved, he’s safe and sound. Perhaps there’s a shared connection or experience between us that we can explore.

After placing fourth in the 2017 series alongside Marcel, Gabby has transformed into a fitness influencer, frequently displaying her toned figure across various social media platforms.

Indeed, she’s hopeful that a return to the villa, now located in Cape Town, South Africa, may help challenge the stereotype that powerful women can’t also be sensual.

On her body, she said: ‘This is such a huge part of who I am going back into the villa.

I strive to embody my personal brand while emphasizing strength and femininity. I take great care of my appearance as a reflection of my hard work, aiming to demonstrate that being healthy, fit, and attractive is a positive ideal. I am confident that I will challenge the boys with my vigor.

Gabby is well-equipped to handle the expected online harassment, having grown accustomed to it over her eight-year stint in the public eye.

As fervently as I expressed my self-assuredness and desire to demonstrate strength equates to sex appeal, I acknowledge that this might not resonate with everyone.

In various social media platforms, I frequently encounter comments suggesting that I appear more masculine or that my previous images were more appealing when compared to current ones. However, the essence remains unchanged for me within these digital spaces; I may not appeal to everyone’s taste, but this is how I feel most comfortable with myself.

If someone isn’t fond of an athletically built woman, they might want to move along, as I have other attributes to present.

I anticipate reactions regarding those matters, but given that I’ve been in the public spotlight for eight years, I’ve heard some truly extraordinary remarks. If people are commenting on my physique being too muscular, that’s actually a positive as it suggests I appear strong and capable.

Gabby openly mentions that Scott Thomas, who was part of the 2016 series, is another actor she finds interesting and has caught her attention. However, she anticipates fierce competition for his affections from her co-Islander women.

‘As long as there is a “girl code”, we are all present with the same goal – if someone has a crush on your partner, they will pursue them. It’s every individual looking out for themselves in the dating game.’

I am certain about my abilities and willing to engage in a constructive conversation. Let’s work together towards mutual understanding, maintaining a balanced dialogue where I will show respect to all parties involved. It’s crucial to establish boundaries and maintain an appropriate level of interaction.

When asked about changes for the upcoming All Stars series premiering on ITV1 at 9pm on Monday, she stated her intentions to remain strong and self-assured, saying: “I intend to keep my strength and be bold.

The last time I visited the villa, I recall experiencing a dip in my self-confidence. After the show concluded, I took note of that lesson and made improvements based on it.

This time around, I aim to present myself as I had intended the last time. With all the self-improvement work I’ve put in, I feel confident that I’m in a strong position. Every morning, I plan to remind myself of my purpose, recall who I am, and take action accordingly.
