Lottie Moss is back in the fold with half-sister Kate at their dad’s 80th birthday after family rift which was sparked when model started to strip off for OnlyFans

Over the weekend, I was absolutely thrilled to find myself in the same room as my incredible half-sister, Lottie Moss – a moment that felt particularly poignant given our family history. You see, not too long ago, Lottie had bravely shared how she’d once drifted so far from our loved ones that her own mother, too, had fallen silent. But now, here we were, reunited and catching up – a testament to the power of time, understanding, and sisterly bonding.
The issue apparently arose once Lottie, aged 26, decided to perform as a model on the adult subscription site OnlyFans, following her relocation to Los Angeles in 2021.
Over the weekend, Lottie attended a celebration alongside her fellow model Kate (age 50), to honor their father, Peter, as he reached the milestone of turning 80 years old.
Over lunchtime, the family gathered at The Griffin pub in Fletching, East Sussex. Present were Kate’s daughter, Lila, aged 21, who is also a model, her brother, Nick Moss, aged 47, along with his partner, Tracy Pooley.
Nick shared photographs of the day online, saying, ‘Happy 80th birthday Dad.’
Yet it was only last month that Lottie spoke publicly about the family fall-out.
As I’d suspected, the reaction in the UK wouldn’t be as lenient, but nothing prepared me for the emotions I experienced upon my return, having modeled for OnlyFans.
‘I’ve unfortunately had many friends in the modeling world part ways with me. For several weeks, my mother refused to talk to me and our household experienced a small crisis due to this situation.’
Lottie was raised in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, alongside her Norwegian mom, Inger, who was the second spouse of travel agency owner Peter, and happens to be Kate’s father as well.
In her latest podcast, Dream On With Lottie Moss, she mentioned: ‘With all the OnlyFans content creators in Los Angeles and numerous adult film stars, these individuals seem to be seamlessly integrated into our society. It’s almost as if their profession is widely accepted, and there’s little curiosity or questioning about it.’
Lottie, who attended the annual fee of around $26,500 at Bede’s School located in East Sussex, commented: ‘After returning to London, all my friends believed I was experiencing a severe emotional crisis.’
She started modelling at 16 and looked destined to follow in her sister’s footsteps.
However, Lottie expressed that spending her life in the shadow of Kate caused her to feel deeply sad. She explained, “I was forced into an identity, ‘You’re Kate Moss’s sister and you’ll be her duplicate,’ but this certainly wasn’t who I truly am.”
In 2022, she expressed that working in a harmful industry at such a young age had a significant impact on her well-being. Since the age of 16, I’ve felt the strain of constant scrutiny, which has negatively affected my mental health.
She commented about Kate: ‘I realize I originate from a highly advantageous background, being the sibling of someone well-known, but surprisingly, that individual never truly stood by me… My parents were wonderful, but they couldn’t empathize with what I was experiencing and often didn’t fully comprehend my struggles.’
Previously, Lottie mentioned that she finds greater job fulfillment on OnlyFans compared to modeling for brands such as Calvin Klein.
