Lottie Moss brushes off her financial concerns as she shares a passionate kiss with boyfriend Themy Kalaitzis at a London pub  – after ‘liquidating her company to pay off huge tax bill’

Lottie Moss seemed unconcerned with money matters on Thursday, enjoying the warmer weather with her boyfriend, Themy Kalaitzis.

As a longtime fan, it’s been tough to watch. After closing her incredibly successful OnlyFans in 2025, Moss has definitely seen a drop in earnings. She’s been focusing on regular modeling work and building up her YouTube channel instead, which is great, but it’s just not the same financially, you know?

I spotted Kate Moss’s half-sister out and about on Thursday, and she seemed totally unfazed as she shared a kiss with her new boyfriend – he’s an art consultant working at Maddox Gallery in London. It was a sweet moment!

The 28-year-old model turned heads while at the Walmer Castle pub in Notting Hill, wearing low-rise jeans and a cropped blue top – both from True Religion – and affectionately embracing Kalaitzis.

After leaving OnlyFans, where she previously made as much as £30,000 a month sharing adult content, Moss reportedly had to sell her company to cover a large tax debt.

Reports suggest the model used money from her company, LottieM Ltd, to cover her living expenses when her income dropped during the pandemic. This left the company with too little money to pay its taxes.

Sources close to her say that since leaving OnlyFans, she’s been working to expand her business. Over the last seven months, she’s started new projects, like a YouTube channel, and is looking into other ways to make money.

However, these projects haven’t earned enough money to cover the company’s large debts, leading to its financial collapse.

According to a source, Lottie is deeply upset about what happened. She’s closing down her business because she couldn’t afford to pay her taxes.

She was making a lot of money each month on OnlyFans, but she consistently had trouble paying her taxes, and this had been a problem for years.

‘After everything she’s been dealing with privately, she feels now is the time to move forward.

She’s really hoping for a fresh start and a chance to get her career back on track, and that’s been her biggest priority lately.

She stopped creating content for OnlyFans last year, even though it was a very profitable job for her. Now, she’s focusing on traditional modeling and exploring other possibilities in the entertainment industry.

The former star of Celebs Go Dating, who also runs the company, is closing it down to pay off debts to the tax authority.

Oh, it just breaks my heart to think about it, but sometimes a creator has to let their dream go. You know, when things get too tough financially, when the debts pile up and there’s just no way to keep going… it’s like watching something you adore just… fade away. It’s so sad when they realize it’s just not working anymore and they have to close up shop. I always feel so bad for them!

Okay, so I was totally shocked when I heard Ella Moss was leaving OnlyFans! Everyone’s talking about it. She said she wants to do something ‘more entrepreneurial,’ which, honestly, feels like a polite way of saying she’s made so much money there she’s moving on to bigger and better things. It’s crazy, because she was clearly killing it on the platform, but good for her, I guess? I’m just a little sad, but excited to see what she does next!

In August 2024, the Daily Mail reported that she had a disagreement with Kate and other family members after sharing provocative photos and videos online. This happened after she relocated to Los Angeles in 2021.

She admitted she’d suspected the public in the UK might not be understanding, but she was still shocked by the reaction when she returned.

I drifted apart from many of my friends who also worked as models. It caused a lot of family upset, and my mother didn’t talk to me for several weeks.

Moss said people in the US were much more understanding of her career change, especially since she’d made a new group of friends there.

She noted that Los Angeles has a large number of people working in the adult entertainment industry, including those on OnlyFans and traditional porn stars, and that the city generally accepts them without much scrutiny or questioning.

She confessed that coming back to London was much harder than she expected, explaining, ‘That’s when I really struggled, and my friends worried I was having a breakdown.’

Moss, who attended the expensive Bede’s School and has worked as a model for famous brands like Chanel and Calvin Klein, said she found the response from her friends and family especially upsetting.

Leaving OnlyFans was the first step in Lottie’s plan to rebuild her image. She’s now focusing on getting modeling contracts and brand partnerships, free from her association with the adult content platform.

Recently, she’s been working as a coach on the German reality show Germany’s Next Top Model, presented by Heidi Klum, and she was featured on the cover of Italian F magazine last October.

She’s also doing much better emotionally and mentally now, after previously dealing with addiction and depression.

In a heartfelt TikTok video last year, she shared that she’s battled depression, anxiety, and addiction since childhood. She explained that working as a model actually worsened these struggles, leading her to turn to drugs and alcohol whenever she felt down.

Lottie shared that she used to feel a lot of pressure being compared to her well-known older sister when she was starting out, emphasizing that they are two distinct individuals.

When I first began modeling, I let it define me a lot. Now, people mostly just see me as myself, and that label doesn’t feel so attached to who I am anymore, she explained.

‘You can be different from your siblings, and me and my sister are so different.’
